Very comfortable home. Great for a getaway vacation with the family. Well located - just far enough out of town to feel like you are in the mountains but a short drive to skiing, restaurants, shopping and great hiking.

This location was great for us! There were 5 adults for our stay and it was good for us! The beds were comfortable and we loved the basement to get some pool and football viewing in! We love that our dogs could come with us!! The only thing you need to know is that the kitchen is not stocked very well for a larger group cooking. You need to bring your own bakeware (there is only 1 baking dish), your own crockpot (the one there is missing the dial and you can't tell if it's working or not), large stockpot if you need it (this one had the coating peeled off and peeling off the inside), there wasn't a can opener. Not huge things unless you expect them to be there to cook for more than a couple people. But overall this was a fantastic weekend for us!!

Thank you so much for your review! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay with us in the mountains. Thank you for your feedback regarding the kitchen items. We will review our inventory list before the busy winter season to ensure the home is fully stocked for our guests. We hope this did not impact your stay and would love to host you again for your next visit to the mountains.

Great property! Beautiful home with amazing layout and great location. Only issue was that the pull out beds in the basement were broken - missing springs so didnt support any weight

Brookside House was just as described and had everything we were wanting to enjoy our trip in the mountains! The hot tub and pool table were a great bonus after a fun day at Breck! Located in a great area, close enough to town and within a small neighborhood, perfect for walking our dog and the occasional moose sightings!

We really enjoyed the neighborhood. We saw Moose and a bear. The property isn’t super fancy but is exactly as advertised, clean and a great value. Ryan and all the staff at the mgmt company were very helpful. Very smooth check in and checkout. Plenty of parking and the private hot tub was brand new. We loved it

Love the layout, kitchen bedrooms two living spaces, pool table and games. Hot was good just need to repair the jets, very low pressure on one side and nothing on the other side. Quiet and relaxing neighborhood, with friendly folks on our morning walks.

Great place

Amazing property, 3 night stay and we loved every minute of it. Plenty of space for our group of 4, could easily accommodate another 2 couples. Only complaint was hot tub was not pre-heated as requested, it took 12 hours to heat up for use.

Thanks Patrick! We apologize about the hot tub, however, with we're taking extra precautions with Covid-19 to ensure our hot tubs are clean and safe for every guest. Unfortunately this means having to drain, fill, and re-heat the water. Please let us know if we can be of assistance in the future. We'd be happy to host you again -Alpine Edge

Ski Vacation

The home was very convenient to Breckenridge, within about a 10-minute drive to the day lots. The home had plenty of room for a family with teenagers to spread out and be comfortable. Pool table and Hot tub were nice amenities and visits from the neighbor's dog Booka were very pleasant.

Great place for our family Thanksgiving

We had a great stay in this house for our holiday weekend. It is well appointed and the kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms are very nice. The kitchen and family room is a good size for everyone to hang out. The hot tub was perfect. My only complaint is that my pool game was embarrassing!!

Good and spacious rental. But the kitchen is a bit understocked with cooking items. And the hot tub was not warming when we arrived. Other than that, we had a great time.

David, thank you for your review. We’re happy the location met your needs and that you enjoyed the property overall. The nearby incident was understandably unsettling as instances like this aren’t very common in the Breckenridge area. We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again under calmer circumstances.

Quiet getaway outside of town

We had a great stay here just 7 min from Breckenridge. The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood just off highway 9. The house was clean and the check in was so easy. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill on one of the two decks which was so relaxing after days hiking nearby. The listing was slightly confusing but it didn’t impact our stay. There are two bedrooms on the top floor, one on the main floor just off the kitchen and no bedrooms in the basement, but the basement was a great hang out spot. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would stay again!
