Our new house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 50 m from the Beauséjour park with games for children, 200 m from the shops and 600 m from the beach. It has 2 beautiful bedrooms, a large living room with modern and neat decoration, a beautiful fitted kitchen. 350m² garden.

Très agréable séjour et tout à proximité

Maison idéalement située entre la ville et le petit port et proche de tous commerces. Pas besoin de voitures pour les balades, la plage, les courses et se rendre à l'embarcadère d’où nous sommes partis pour une journée à Ouessant. Spacieuse et lumineuse et environnement très calme pour profiter du jardin. Les derniers avis ont été pris en compte et nous avons pu apprécier la literie neuve et profiter du salon de jardin pour nos repas car la semaine a été bien ensoleillé. Maison propre et soignée avec jolie décoration.

Aussen hui, innen...

Das Haus sieht auf den ersten Blick toll aus, auch die Fotos der Inneneinrichtung. Diese ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Fangen wir mit den Betten an. Die Matratzen total durchgelegen, es sei denn man ist ein Freund von "eat-me-Betten", die Matratzen im Kinderzimmer sind nicht besser. Die Polster der Couch könnten m al gereingit werden. Die Stühle am Esstisch fallen bald auseinanr, die Bezüge sind abgewetzt. Das Bad ist durch den vorgelagerten Hauswirtschaftsraum kein Badetempel. Man steht also neben Putzeimer und Waschmaschine, sowie Heizkessel bei der Morgentoilette. Wir haben bei IKEA einen billigen Duschvorhang für die Dusche besorgt, da sonst jedesmal das Bad trockengelegt hätte werden müssen. Das Geschirr ist für 4 Personen mehr oder weniger genau abgezählt. Es gibt verschiedenen Anleitungen für einzelne Gerätschaften wie Heizung, Backofen etc. nur leider alles in franz. Sprache. Wer also neben seinem Schulfranzösisch nicht weitere Kenntnisse hat ist da schnell überfordert. Es gibt einen schönen Garten, der durch eine etwa hüfthohe Mauer von der Straße getrennt ist. Die Sackgasse an der das Haus liegt ist a) Schulweg und wird b) als Weg der Schulklassen zum Sportunterricht genutzt. Zudem sind in der Nachbarschaft umfangreiche Baumaßnahmen im Gange, die auch noch Monate andauern werden. Eine ungestörte Nutzung des Gartens ist nicht möglich. Wer sich nicht abhalten läßt, die Klausel im Mietvertrag zum Baulärm in der Umgebung ist nach EU-Recht unwirksam. Also noch vor Ort anmelden! Im Ganzen ist die Kommunikation mit dem zuständigen Agenturinhaber der die Vermietung koordiniert schwierig. Emails werden schnell beantwortet, aber eine Unterhaltung in Englisch ist nicht wie angegeben uneingeschränkt möglich. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die zentrale Lage. Man ist morgens zu Fuss schnell beim Bäcker und Abends im Restaurant. Das Haus ist zudem sauber und nicht muffig wie so oft bei Ferienhäusern. Zudem findet sich umfangreiches Infomaterial zur Umgebung und zu zahlreichen Ausflügen und Aktivitäten der Umgebung. Damit ist man gut gerüstet und für den Besuch in der Touristeninfo gut vorbereitet.

Bien située

Maison très bien située, proche de tous commerces et de l'embarcadère pour les îles à pieds. Elle est spacieuse, lumineuse, très calme, la décoration soignée. Quelques points mériteraient un effort pour rendre le séjour parfait : la literie est assez mauvaise (les lits en 90 particulièrement) et il manque un vrai salon de jardin pour profiter facilement de l'extérieur.
