Maui Vista #2-101 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the ground floor with a tropical garden view. It features room unit air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a California king bed, 2 flat-screen TVs (one with Roku), telephone, and free WiFi. The sofa, dining set, and bed were all replaced in Dec. 2019. The sofa is now a queen sized sofa sleeper. Maui Vista is a lovely condo complex (not hotel) located across the street and literally a 3-minute walk from this unit to Charley Young Beach - voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Connected to Charlie Young Beach is the famous Kamaole Beach #1. Kamaole Beaches #2, and #3 are just a little further down and one never needs to leave the shore to enjoy their miles of sandy beach. Walking, snorkeling, surfing, and stand-up paddle boarding are just a few of the many activities enjoyed on these beaches. Lifeguards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms are available at all three of the Kamaole Beaches.
The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on-site swimming pools, 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, with 3 newly striped pickle ball courts, and 3 gas grills for your use. The pool nearest building #1 is a saltwater pool and all pools are available to all guests. The Maui Vista Complex is within a short walking distance of restaurants, shops, activities, etc., and with this unit in the first building, everything is really close. Also, it is only a few minutes drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.
