About this property

Superb village house in the center of the fleet

In any season, this charming house in the purest retais style will seduce you.

Ideally located, 300 m from the port and the market, 100 m from the supermarket, it has a plot (separated from the house) 50m on which a terrace (barbecue, table) and a garden with bath sun, umbrella will welcome you for very good moments!

The house consists of 2 bedrooms with one in one, a large double bed and the second, 2 single beds that can be combined.
A bathroom completely redone and a living room kitchen complete this description.
Side kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine are available.
The living room with a bioethanol fireplace and a WIFI connection complete this description.
Additional equipment (baby seat, stair gate ...) are available to meet all your needs.

For parking, a parking space at the Parking du Port (500m from the house) is reserved for you. It is of course possible to unload his belongings in front of the house before leaving the car in the car park.

Finally, for your comfort, we offer rentals with sheets and towels. The housekeeping is offered as an option by Marie who will welcome you and answer all your questions during your stay.

Utmärkt lägenhet med okej trädgård

Lägenheten i La Flotte har ett utmärkt läge nära hamnen och marknaden. Den är välutrustad och fräsch. Det enda minuset är trädgården som är dåligt omhändertagen och ligger 100 m bort.

Komfortables Stadthaus in La Flotte

Kleines Stadthaus mit komfortablen Betten und perfekter Einrichtung. Zentral gelegen. Der kleine Garten in 50 Meter Entfernung war super. Sehr gute Kommunikation im Rahmen der Anreise und auch beim Check-Out wurde uns sehr geholfen. Vielen Dank an Marie !!!

We loved the super well equipped attractive property & it’s location near village centre with supermarket, shops, restaurants & beaches close by. The only downsides were that the useful garden was some 50 yards from the house & the very secure underground car park was about 1/4 mile distant.

Maison agréable mais manque de place dans la cuisine ; trop d'ustensiles de cuisine pour les vacances malgre que la cour soit à 50 m de la maison nous avons trouvé cela tres original, il suffit juste d'une bonne organisation. cela change les habitudes emplacement de la maison très bien. Près de tout. commerces et plages séjour très agréable

Alles gut, wenn man stadtnah wohnen möchte

Gesamteindruck durchaus positiv; man muss zum Grillen oder Faulenzen den externen Garten (2min. "um die Ecke") akzeptieren und den Strassenlärm überhören. Dafür ist man eben stadtnah.

Excellent séjour malgré la météo

L'appartement est très bien aménagé et pratique en plus d'être proche du centre de la flotte. Loueur de vélo à 100m, une place de parking fourni (idéal!) et un caviste à 50m. Bref, un super séjour même si la météo n'était pas vraiment au rendez-vous.

Vraiment très bien !

Logement en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Très propre, très "cosy" et arrangé avec goût, tout est fourni pour se sentir comme à la maison. Idéalement situé dans le village. Nous avons adoré et reviendrons avec plaisir ! Un seul point : il faudrait davantage de coussins dans les chambres (ou bien des coussins plus épais).
