Perfect house for a girls weekend in Santa Fe! Plenty of space for everyone, tons of natural light with views of the hills. Host was extremely responsive when we had a minor issue and shared lots of great suggestions for things to do in the area. Kitchen had everything we could need. Location couldn’t be beat with the plaza only about 4 blocks from the house and totally walkable. Would absolutely stay here again
Our group of ten had a fantastic time at the property! We appreciated the great location with an easy walk to the Square. The house is wonderful for a large group and we appreciated the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well appointed and the large dining table was wonderful for games. Communication with Mark was great all through the booking process. Would definitely recommend!

Glad you had a fantastic time! Please tell your friends as well, we could swap restaurant recommendations and more!
The house was clean. The outdoor areas and exterior of the home need attention and clean upGreat kitchen. Fully equipped The extra apartment area with the additional 2 bedrooms is not easy to get toThe host was exceptional with his responding too questions we had
Excellent space and location. Very well equipped kitchen and lots of towels. Very creaky floors which affected the ability to sleep in the downstairs bedroom. We refilled the gas tank for the grill which had little gas.

Thanks for the review--I keep 2 propane tanks for the grill, and I wish I'd known so I could reimburse you! Wood floors in a desert can be problematic with expansion/contraction. Sorry the night owls and early birds weren't downstairs!
If you’re looking for space, cleanliness, indoor and outdoor areas, and a great location within walking distance of the main square, this is the place to rent! We had 10 people and used all five bedrooms, yet everyone still had plenty of privacy and space. At the same time, there was more than enough room for all of us to gather together in the dining room, living room, and outdoor areas. The house was also fully stocked with everything we needed, which made the stay incredibly easy. It’s only about a 10 minute walk to the main Santa Fe Plaza area, so the location was perfect. Mark was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend it for a larger group!

I look forward to hosting you again soon--how about Indian Market or the ABQ Balloon Fiesta in October next year?
Overall a great place to stay. Clean, spacious inside and out. We cooked a dinner for 12 people and it worked out very well. Thanks for accommodating some fellow Minnesotans...Thank you!Marty

Glad you had a great time at my home! Tell your friends and share the fun!
This is an amazing property for a large group! It is spacious to hang out, but can also spread out to have your own space. There are many bathrooms, which is a must with a large group. It's in a great location, easy walk to the plaza and 10 minute drive to go hiking. Mark is easy to communicate with, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend if you are wanting to visit Santa Fe!
The house was spacious with a walkable location and beautiful mountain views. Great restaurants and museums were minutes away. The house itself was clean, the living room and dining areas were cozy and inviting for large group gatherings while there were numerous bedrooms for privacy. Two areas of comfort could be tweaked: 2 ply tp and a shelf or shower bench in the master suite to place shampoo and soap on instead of the floor. Otherwise a lovely home to enjoy family and friends while in Santa Fe.

So glad that you had a great time in Santa Fe, and I was thrilled to be able to host you.
Wonderful place to stay for large groups looking to enjoy all Santa Fe has to offer. Ideal location within walking distance of the plaza, ft. Marcy Park, the capitol and canyon road. Host couldn’t have been easier to deal with and made sure our group had a wonderful trip.

Canyon Road is an easy walk, especially with a stop at Kakawa Chocolate House for a restorative sampling after looking at the galleries. Glad you all enjoyed your visit. Mark
Mark, the host was wonderful, responding to every question and accommodating every request quickly and in a friendly manner. We loved the location, and the space was great for our party of 6 adults and 3 small children. Everything spacious and well cared for. Couldn’t ask for more!
The property was in a good location for walking into town. The host was prompt to respond to communication. However, the air conditioning did not work and the home was 80 degrees for 75% of our stay ( repair people finally came). The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the home shows signs of wear and tear. No one in our group said that they would ever stay there again.

A disappointing rating, especially since guests both the week before and a then a week later awarded 5 star 10s! As I shared in calls, the A/C system was both fine and not needed: temperatures were 70/50s. The issue was the separate heating system was always on.
My plumber made emergency visit and said it was so warm because some individual zone thermostats were not off! This followed a special ‘wear-and-tear’ email that 1 of the 4 lightbulbs in one of the 5-1/2 baths was out. Would I send someone to fix it that night? I did get someone the next day and was told the bulb was simply loose.
A friend reminded me that “Even Goldilocks hated 2/3 of the beds at her host’s house!” and to send good luck wishes to whoever hosts this group next--and happy thanks for the hundreds of guests who have loved my home as much as I do.
Great location, walkable to plaza and Santa Fe Railyard. Plenty of common space to gather our large group, and each couple had their own room. We loved the outdoor space to hang out, have meals, and make smores. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the property was very clean. Mark was a friendly and responsive host.

You had me at s'mores in the back garden! I can't wait to get back there. So glad you had a great time and took advantage of the easy walk to and around downtown. Mark
The house is lovely and accommodates 10-12 guest. There is a nice outdoor area, where we spent a lot of our time.

So glad you enjoyed the outdoor area--breakfast with the birds and mountain views and then sunset cocktails/dinner with the fire pit and the outdoor fireplace are my favorites. It's special to have such a yard and views so close to the Plaza as well as 5400 sq ft of home, including the 4/5 bedrooms in the main part of the house and the 2-BR apartment for extended family or guests. Mark
Had an incredible stay for my husbands 70th birthday. it was such a great location and well appointed space for everything we needed. Would 100% book here again.
