Our incredible 4 bedroom log cabin is situated on 2 beautiful secluded acres in picture perfect Monterey - the ultimate Berkshire county getaway, with modern kitchen, screened porch, 2 fireplaces a fabulous outdoor hot tub and a beautiful brook on the property. Enjoy your time hiking in close by Beartown State Forest and on the Appalachian Trail or kayaking and swimming down the road in the incomparable Lake Garfield. We are a quick ride to Tanglewood, Lenox and Great Barrington & Butternut.

My wife and I and our three children live in Brooklyn NY. We love coming up to the Berkshires and spend as much time at our cabin as we can. When we are not able to use it, we love to make it available for others to share our slice of heaven.

Why they chose this property

Our cabin the perfect getaway. Our home has everything you want in a vacation. There are four bedrooms, so there is plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is newly outfitted and great to cook and prepare meals for you and your family. The dining room has an amazingly beautiful table to enjoy your meals at. The living room has a wonderful wood burning fireplace. The covered deck has a fantastic table and seating for 6 and there is a huge grill to cook on. The den has a propane fireplace and TV to watch movies. Outside we have an amazing hot tub to gaze out at the stars. We just think our house has it all and that you will be very happy to stay at our home.
