The broken patio lock is going unfixed, the water pressure and hot water issues are affecting six adults, the lack of dressers and full-length mirrors, the unreliable internet, the slanted and torn pool table, and the missing dock cleats—we've shared every one of these details with our team so they can be properly addressed rather than temporarily patched.
