Villa La Estancia now has two All-Inclusive Plans! Big discounts when you book it through us prior to your arrival!

Things to Note:

• September is construction month at Villa La Estancia; please note this when booking dates in Sept.

• Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!

- Soak in the magnificent views of the Sea of Cortez from your large terrace!
 - Let your personal concierge arrange dinner reservations, excursions, or shop for groceries (extra charge for shopping and groceries). 
 - All of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home. 

Step outside onto the large terrace of your private 2100 sq. ft. villa and you'll know you've made an excellent choice for your vacation.   
Pamper yourself in this beautifully decorated villa which features an outside terrace complete with a wet bar.  
Relax in the master suite which has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, an entertainment center and a full bath. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath just off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dining table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender and pantry as well as a washer/dryer concealed off the kitchen area.
Other amenities include flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans, cable, and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa La Estancia complex
The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi.

Amazing beach vacation in Cabo

We had the best time at this gorgeous and beautifully appointed villa. The view was spectacular, as was the service, beach and pool on property. We loved every minute of our vacation and can’t wait to come back. If you are looking for a mix of sun, beach and fun this is it!

Fun family vacation

Everything went perfect, from the prearranged private transportation in a suburban, our concierge, Joel, was amazing from his on the spot communication, friendliness, coordinated an all day fishing trip for my husband and son, they caught a 150 pounds striped marlin and son caught a mahi-mahi, Joel also did our shopping and stocked our refrigerator which was the first time we’ve ever done that in Cabo, saved lots of time Using a service like that and was very much appreciated!! Due to the extremely hot weather we did end up taking taxis more than we thought we would but when the weather is cooler walking would’ve been great but not in the heat. The pool was a little on the warm side due to the extreme heat, and no tossing footballs or anything like that is allowed, so it was very low-key which was fine but we do enjoy doing the pool activities at other resorts.

Hi Michael, I'm so sorry for the delay in your check in. As you know check-in is at 4:00, if a guest requests an earlier check-in we always let the resort know and they will do their best to accommodate. Unfortunately, it depends on if the villa had a check out, or a maintenance item needed to be addressed, etc. We are now trying to help the resort with the check-ins by providing the names of everyone in the group, and if we know the flight arrival time, we pass it along so they are ready when the guest arrives. - Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share.
- All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.
- Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.
- Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.
- Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.
- Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.
- There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. 
- There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.
- Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,  
- Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.
- Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.
- Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas.
