The local people of Los Cabos and Baja makes this area truly special. They will see to any of your needs or service like: Massage, Maid Service, Activity, Car Rental, Chef-Meal Service or Dinner Suggestions all done Professionally with a Smile.

Our Guests staying at Villa La Estancia Resort and SPA can also use the pools and amenities at the sister properties, (Villa del Palmar and Villa Del Arco ) and charge for their activities, services and other charges back to their Villa at Estancia Account. A Meal Plan may be available for purchase upon your arrival Check In at the Resort Lobby Reception . Alcoholic Beverages are not included.

Your Personal Concierge is always at your service offering extra services like Groceries Delivery and Fridge Stocking upon arrival, Airport Transportation, Tours and Activities, In Room Dining 'Chef Services' for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, and many other special additions to make your trip truly memorable.

Most every place in Cabo accepts USD dollars ' no travelers checks ' and all major credit cards just be sure and tell the CC company before arriving in Mexico of your travel dates for clearance. Our recommendation is to take a variety of small bills for exact change to make things easy on yourself regarding conversion.

There are enough Kitchen Utensils and Plates for you to make Gourmet Meals.

We hope that once you have stayed in our Villa you will return as most our Guests do year after year. The comment I hear most often is that photos don't do justice to our Villa.

Daily Maid service is included, If you want her to skip a day just tell her the day before, it is mandatory that she clean every other day at the least. This is to ensure that the villa is in good working order and that no damage has occured to the furnishings.

Accidental Property Damage Insurance for up to $1,500 US dollars is available for and additional $79.00 (Optional after confirmation of reservation)

Beautiful home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Villa. The decor and art work were gorgeous! We loved the balcony for breakfast and relaxing. The property of the resort was immaculate well equipped gym and spa. I would definitely go again if I return to Cabo!

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway

Everything about the property and our stay was more than we'd imagined. The condo was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean, and having our grocery list already stocked meant we could get right into vacation mode instead of running errands. The welcome guac and margaritas was a great bonus! Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful property (la Estancia) and our room was perfect for our family. I thought the couch in the main room was a sofa bed (for our son) but we made do. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were well appointed. We didn't cook (other than simple breakfast foods) but it had everything a cook would need. The patio was lovely and we enjoyed having coffee there in the morning. The property was quiet and peaceful, the grounds were lovely. Perfect distance from town to walk on the beach. Thank you for a great vacation spot!

Perfect Bachelorette Stay!

This property is absolutely beautiful and has some of the best views in Cabo! The resort is very well kept and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. This property is very well managed and the team is super responsive! They helped us coordinate rides from the airport, delivered groceries to the unit for us and even helped us get a private chef to make dinner for us on our first night there! Overall a beautiful place to stay with the best host!

Most unique & beautiful location on the beach

The owners have put a great deal of thought and energy into providing this unit with authentic Mexcian decor. I've stayed in quite a few other units at Villa la Estancia and this one is by far the most unique and beautiful. Camille was a complete joy to work with and communicated regularly. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Cabo!

We really enjoyed our first time in Cabo and this Villa made it all the better. It was spacious, well decorated, and clean. It unfortunately rained one whole day, but our family of 5 was completely fine with all the amenities Camille provides. The location is perfect. Pool is nice with plenty of chairs. The welcome margaritas were the best we had! Don't hesitate to rent this property, you won't be disappointed.

Four Spoiled Ladies

We want to thank Camille so much for allowing us to share her lovely home in Cabo San Lucas. The beautiful villa was so warm and cozy that we hated to leave when our week was over. The staff treated us like royalty and the margaritas and snacks on our arrival were such a perfect touch. We so enjoyed our vacation that we couldn't wait to book for next year.

40th Birthday Girls Trip

OMG, fell in love with this Villa at first sight and let me tell you online pictures does not do this place justice it is so Beautiful in person, exceeded my expectations. It is very large and spacious, very clean, and the patio was so relaxing with impeccable views. Everything from Check in, Villa, Beach and Restaurants were Amazing. Shout out to Johana she made my Birthday Weekend 1 to remember she handled everything from Groceries, Restaurant Reservations to Spa services....it was so stress free, the Chef services was great our first night in. I must say I would definitely return and recommend others! Thanks Humberto for your timely responses and sharing your lovely Villa with us!

Great stay at Villa La Estancia

I’ve stayed at Villa La Estancia on several occasions. This particular unit and the services/amenities that come with it are second to none. We were greeted by our personal concierge at the unit after a smooth check-in. Fresh Margaritas, guacamole, salsa, and chips were a welcome surprise after a long day of travel. The personal concierge helped with several recommendations and was as pleasant/helpful as could be. The unit was beautifully decorated and well maintained. We spent many hours lounging on the huge private patio. We hope this unit is available for our next trip to Cabo!

Estancia villa

The Villa's upper management saved the day by sending their private plane with the cable needed to repair the power lines that were cut by the construction crew. Their staff was helpful and gave as much information as they could without misleading anyone. We ended up with only one night without power and it wasn't so bad. Otherwise, the property is beautiful and the Estancia staff always pleasant and helpful.

The unit 2405 is like a Mexican museum. There is decor everywhere. The unit has everything imaginable you could need. The weather has been disappointing with cool temperatures in the low 70s during the day and low 60s-high 50s at night. We are moving to a different unit to extend our stay and hope for warmer weather. Thank you Camille for sharing your home!

Wow!!

Not sure where to start…we returned from our trip 5 days ago and cannot wait to return! The villa is absolutely amazing! We traveled with another family of 3 for a total of 5 people in the villa and we were NEVER in each other’s way, the villa is very spacious. The décor is warm and inviting, we all felt at home from the moment we walked in. The welcome team was such a wonderful way to welcome us “home” to villa 2405. La Estancia was a perfect location for our group with access to the beach; within walking distance to many things or a quick taxi ride if you didn’t want to walk. All the staff at La Estancia were warm and friendly. We look forward to returning in the future.

Comfortable stay for family of 4.

This was my 3rd stay at VLE. Each time in a different unit. We enjoyed our stay in unit 2405. It was very close to the elevator so it was always a short walk. Although the resort was busy, it was never an issue. The unit was very quiet and the beds were to die for! Slept like a baby every night! The condo had everything we needed. We cooked in one night and enjoyed having a bbq on the patio. Was a little cooler than we expected so we enjoyed snuggling on the comfy sofa with the fuzzy blankets provided. I missed not having an ocean front location, but overall, the unit was well laid out, comfortable and we had a lovely vacation.

50th Birthday Cellebration

This was an all girls vacation. This villa was exquisite, decorated tastefully, the kitchen has everything you need to make your vacation a true delight. Its location is within walking distance to downtown Cabo either by beach or street, which we did both, and enjoyed great eats. Camille has a guest book available to view that gives great recommendations on local restaurants. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch out on the veranda and had a great view of the sea. I personally slept great in very comfy beds with cozy bedding. Minerva came daily to straighten up, change our bedding if we wanted it done, did the dishes and even wash if we liked.This villa is like a home away from home. I felt very safe there. This is my 2nd time staying at Camille and Tim's place and won't be my last.

Amazing staff and service following Hurricane Odile!!!

This was our second trip staying in Camille's condo. Everything was perfect upon arrival as always. Sadly, the trip took a quick turn as Hurricane Odile made a beeline toward Cabo. It was a direct hit and caused extensive destruction to the area. We were without power and in a very dire situation. With that said, the staff of La Estancia went above and beyond to put our needs and safety above their own. We were provided with water and had some form of food cooked at every single mealtime. Honestly, the staff alone makes this resort a must visit in Cabo. They treat you like family and it shows. We heard many stories from weary travelers who woke up after the storm to an abandoned resort. Meanwhile, we were well protected and cared for throughout the entire hurricane ordeal. I 100% recommend staying at Camille's condo when you visit La Estancia.

Perfect Family Vacation

We arrived in the early evening and the staff came out to welcome us and help us with our luggage and groceries. Check-in at the resort was a breeze we were led up to the room where we were greeted with beer, chips, guacamole and fresh pico de gallo in the fridge. It was nice having the fully-stocked kitchen and washer and dryer at our disposal. We stopped at the grocery store and stocked up on fresh fruit, water (although the water and ice from the fridge dispenser is all filtered), and other groceries. But there is a small store in one of the sister properties that sells pretty much everything you need at very reasonable prices. From the over-sized terrace we had a great view of the ocean and the pool, and this unit is close to the beach, and also close to the lobby. The pool was nice, but the beach was even nicer if you can deal with the hawkers trying to sell you stuff. The hotel beach chairs are roped off and they’re not supposed to pass them, but sometimes they do. We always felt safe on the beach though. Our teenage girls felt safe enough to walk down the beach themselves to visit some friends who were staying at one of the neighboring resorts. The locals are very friendly and the hotel staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. Although it’s a short 15-20 minute walk to the marina, we never walked down because the sand at Medano Beach hurts! It’s a very coarse sand so if you’re planning on long walks on the beach, be warned! Plus it was so fast and cheap to take a taxi down to the marina (less than $10 one way). Whenever we left the hotel, we would have to stop at the gate and give our room number and when we returned we would have to get clearance to re-enter. Our girls learned quickly how to say it in Spanish! We had a great time jet-skiing (not allowed when there are more than two cruise ships), snorkeling at Santa Maria Bay (less crowded and much better than Pelican Rock), exploring the rocks at Divorce Beach, kayaking out to see the arch and the baby sea lions. We also saw a young whale which was pretty amazing! The unit comes stocked with boogie boards, pool noodles, beach chairs, coolers and beach bags, frozen ice packs, pretty much everything you need! There were also lots of DVDs, books and games. Wifi also worked great in the master bedroom, but not so much in the other bedroom. Overall, this was a great family vacation! We usually don’t like to repeat destinations, but we’ll try to go back to this one again!

AMAZING STAY

Our family had a FANTASTIC experience! The villa was beautiful; it was decorated perfectly and was so clean!! The beds were all SO comfortable, we also really enjoyed the extra large patio. We had so much space for our family of 5, (which included 3 teenagers). The resort was also beautiful. We loved spending time in the pool and in the ocean. The pool was large and again, SO clean. We would 100 percent recommend this villa and will definitely be staying here again!!!!
