Spacious handicapped accessible peaceful grotto in the enchanted forest.

This quiet, secluded apartment in the woods is just a few miles north of Russellville AR. and close to Arkansas Nuclear One, the Ozark National Forest with many hiking and ATV trails, Lake Dardanelle State Park, Mt Nebo State Park and within an hour or so drive to Petite Jean and Mt Magazine State Parks. This apartment is in the lower level of our home, but is totally self contained with a private entrance and is fully handicapped accessible with wide doorways that will accommodate a wheelchair and no stairs to navigate. There is secure parking with plenty of room for a boat or two. You will enjoy seeing a number of deer grazing in the yard and woods, rabbits, squirrels, a few free range chickens and occasionally a peacock. There is also a hot tub on the property available for use as well as a charcoal grill. The apartment is fully furnished and has been recently renovated. There is a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms one with a king size bed and one with a queen bed, one bathroom , kitchen and laundry room. All utilities and wi-fi are included. There is no cable TV, although the living room television as well as the bedroom televisions are equipped with Roku but feel free to bring your own streaming device if you would like. There is no dishwasher.
