Thank you for your review! I’m glad you and your friends enjoyed having your own bedrooms and the short walk to Broughton Street’s shops and restaurants. I’m sorry the stairs felt daunting after a night out — we’ll pass that feedback along as we review guest safety and accessibility. Thank you also for the suggestion about a personal fan or white-noise option for the front bedrooms; we’ll look into adding that to improve sleep privacy. We’re happy management was easy to work with and would love to host you again. The Lucky Team

We’re happy to hear you still had an overall great stay, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even smoother experience in the future. The Lucky Team

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad the home was perfect for your out-of-town friends and that the location worked well. Good to hear being on the side opposite Broughton helped keep late-night noise down. We’d love to host you again at Lucky Savannah! — The Lucky Team

Thank you for your review. We apologize that the master bedroom was warm during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and will look into ways to improve the cooling for a more comfortable experience. We hope to host you again at Lucky Savannah. - The Lucky Team

Thank you for your review and the four-star rating. I’m sorry the elevator situation caused concern and that we didn’t earn five. The building is historic and has an older elevator that is not part of our regular, certified guest amenities; for safety and liability reasons we can’t guarantee it as a reliable, fully certified elevator. I understand how unclear messaging around that could be frustrating. We’re working with the building owners to clarify the listing and pursue any necessary inspections so future guests know what to expect. If there’s anything else we could have done to improve your stay, please let us know through Vrbo messages so we can address it. We hope to welcome you back to Lucky Savannah soon!
