A uniquely designed house with a contemporary, modern flare accompanied by a large, heated infinity rooftop pool overlooking the ocean, city, hotels and mountains. The house is perched on a small hill with impeccable views close to all the action but still far enough away to enjoy the tranquility and uniqueness of a PV neighborhood.

WALK to everything within 5 minutes!!!! Shopping, restaurants, bars, ocean, beaches, a great local fish and fruit market, churches, parks, sports stadium and only a 10 minute walk to the world famous malecon/boardwalk.

The house has 3 floors plus a rooftop. The upper two levels can accommodate up to 8 people. It provides 4 bedrooms-1 king, 2 queens and 1 full, 3 bathrooms with showers, full kitchen-stove, oven, refrigerator with purified water/ice maker, purified water at sink, 4 patios- 2 with an ocean view, open living room with bi-folding open concept doors, dining room, 4 ceiling fans and a washer and dryer. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit along with tv's with cable. There is no tv in the study bedroom as the living room is adjacent.

The guests studio is located on the first floor and can sleep up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 queen size sofa bed, open living room with bi-folding open concept doors, full kitchen-stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, purified water at sink, balcony with ocean view and dining table, tv with cable, raised dining room table, 2 air conditioning units, 3 ceiling fans and a washer and dryer.

THERE IS AN EXTRA GUEST CHARGE FOR PARTIES OVER 8 PEOPLE. $30 usd per person, per night.

The house and pool are completely PRIVATE, no sharing!

The rooftop area has a gas grill, small refrigerator, bar, infinity pool, raised wood deck with lounging chairs, outside shower and a bathroom. Lights illuminate the bar area for nighttime enjoyment. The view from the rooftop will take your breath away, from the mountains to the city to the expansive points of Banderas Bay. Watch the fireworks from the lighted pool, see the parasailers skim the horizon or watch the beautiful sunsets or relax in the ocean breeze.

All toiletries and linens will be provided including soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Separate towels for the pool will be provided. House keeping is conducted after your stay. The pool is not heated from May 1st to Nov. 1st.

We went on a trip with a 5 adult crew and the house was more than adequate. We each had our private spaces and plenty of room to socialize. The restaurant next door was amazing and Maribel (& staff) took great care of us. We were in PV during the Cartel action and she went beyond the extra mile by walking to work and making sure we had something to eat during the lockdown. During a very dangerous situation, we did feel secure in the space. The owner was responsive during our stay, our host, Polo and both drivers Pancho and Fernando were polite, available and helpful. The house had all required amenities in bathrooms, was clean, and had spices/basic amenities in the kitchen. There are a lot of stairs and it's on the top of a steeper hill with cobblestone so be prepared for that.

Centrally located & great for multiple families

This is quite a vertical property but the floor separations give some privacy when you're staying with multiple families. It's very easy to get to little restaurants close by and the little market and restaurant downstairs are convenient and cute. We really enjoyed staying here for our bday weekend with family and friends.

Spectacular!

Truly an incredibly memorable experience. The rooftop pool brought my children endless joy. The staff was beyond warm and welcoming. AMAZING PROPERTY & HOSTS!

This property is amazing! I just spent a week in Puerto Vallarta with 7 friends enjoying the city for my 30th bday. Casa Isacamil was everything we expected it to be and more. Communication with the hosts was great, the property manager was such an amazing connection to PV, and it was in such a central location to everything. The views from the infinity Pool are impeccable.They offer services to be picked up from the airport, private chefs, and checked in during our stay. They also cooked a BBQ as a courtesy from the host! I definitely recommend this property!

Love Puerto Vallarta

We travel in a group about every 5 years. We have stayed in Puerto Vallarta each time. We always rent a house. This year we choose Casa Isacamil because we like a view, a private chef, a private pool and everyone has there own Bedroom. Casa Isacamil covered all of that. Our chef Polo, his first mate Marco Ariola (spelling) and Josa were awesome. They worked very hard to make our stay perfect. The food was amazing as well as the service. We can't say enough about our wonderful stay there. Our concierge Pacho was also very helpful arranging a couple of different day trips for us.

Absolutely AMAZING

This property is a 10/10!! It was beautiful with an incredible view from the rooftop pool, it was clean, well equipped and we had the best stay!! The hosts were so quick to reply and helped ensure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend hiring the chef for a couple of meals, the food was delicious and they even catered to our friend who was celiac. The only tip I have is that if you do book the chef, it’s helpful to have cash available for payment (we had issues with sending an international wire). But Pancho was very helpful and drove us to the bank so we resolved the issue no problem! Would 100% stay again!

Perfect House with Beautiful Views!

My Group thoroughly enjoyed thoroughly at this wonderful home! We had a group of eight stay and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was well equipped with everything we possibly needed. It was a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. The house manager is fabulous and makes a great barbecue as a thank you for staying at the house. The pool is large for a private rooftop pool and we spent most of our time there. Check in and check out was so smooth and easy. Communication with the owner was great and he was very quick to respond. Thank you for everything! We will be back!

Amazing place for a small wedding

Our daughter wanted a beautiful view for her intimate wedding.. This gorgeous property did not disappoint. There were 11 of us and there was ample room for us to spread out and enjoy the weekend and the view from the pool could not be beat for a wedding venue. The hosts were so helpful and attentive. They even provided a cake for us along with a lunch for the day after the wedding. The property manager was quick to swoop in with a solution when we had a miscommunication with the person who was supposed to be driving all 11 of us plus luggage to our next destination... he showed up in a 5 person tiny car. Polo immediately contacted a friend of his and we had transportation within 30 minutes. Great host and would absolutely stay here again.

Beyond expectations! Amazing

We absolutely loved everything about this property. Christopher was excellent to work with and Polo was always there to help with any questions and made sure we were comfortable throughout our whole stay. There was a wonderful welcome meal for us as well as another day that Polo came over and bbq’d. Very nice touch! The property is beautifully decorated and clean. It also is fully stocked if you decide to cook meals at the house. The pool was the best part- we were always in the pool! Beautiful views from up there and it’s always in the full sun. The neighborhood is very safe and you can walk most everywhere from the house. There is a hill that it’s situated on but it’s nicely paved so if you take it slow- it’s an easy walk down to the Malecón. Cannot express how happy we were with this house, Christopher and Polo! Thank you for making our vacation amazing!

Amazing House in Puerto Vallarta

We were a group of 9 friends and we had a GREAT stay here. The house is in a great location, near to the action but far enough away that it is quiet. It's a beautiful modern house with everything you could need. The rooftop infinity pool is perfect for keeping cool on hot days. Communication with the owner was excellent. Christopher was super friendly and willing to help in any way. He arranged for a complementary 'picnic' for us on the rooftop patio, but it was more like a feast, prepared by Polo and Aurillano (not sure of the spelling, sorry). The two of them made salsas, BBQ'd all kinds of meats, and brought tortillas and chips. Those 2 guys are awesome! Make sure you rent the dune buggy for a day or two. It's super fun zipping around town in it. This house is perfect for large groups of friends or family. I would definitely stay here if I found myself in Puerto Vallarta again.

50th Bday Celebration!

The house and the view and POOL are AMAZING! Everyone had their own room/bathroom and the layout is great! Just be ready/able to walk some stairs. We LOVED LOVED LOVED Jose our chef! He is a blessing and very talented chef. Polo was also wonderful! He was a little had to get ahold of but the owner responded very quickly. Our only problem was the activities person. We specifically said we wanted a tour with relaxing beach/lunch/drinks because we had 3 out of the 5 of us that don’t swim and he booked us on a snorkeling tour that we couldn’t get off the boat!! And he WOULDN’T GIVE A REDUND!!So we aware of this! He costed us money and a whole day! PV is beautiful and the Mexican people are beautiful too! Gracias!!!

Excellent view!

We spent 8 nights at Casa Isacamil with 7 adults and my two year old. There was plenty of room for all of us! We had our own rooms and beds! It was spacious. There are no bathtubs in the house, so we brought and left an infant/toddler blow up bathtub to make it easier for your little one’s bath time. The view from the rooftop, was nothing but amazing. The pool was really great up there too!I liked that we were close enough to town to walk, but didn’t hear the music and noises from the very active nightlife. Keep in mind, the street is very steep so use caution. The house had everything we needed! We were happy to have some fresh salsa and chips, cold beer and water bottles when we arrived. Very thoughtful. The staff was really great. Polo, the property manager, was very easy to get a hold of and gave great recommendations. The owners of the property also gave me their personal number to reach out if needed, but there was no need with Polo’s attentiveness. We will definitely be back to this place if we go with a big group. Side note, we took a whale watching tour with Thalia from Vallarta Natours! She was amazing and knowledgeable. Speaks English, Spanish and French. That was my favorite part of the trip!! Bring your binoculars so you can see the whales from the balconies at the house! We also saw fireworks from the house too. It was such a great place to stay. Thank you everyone for making our family trip so memorable!

Reflections of A Sunset

Me and my group could not have asked for a more perfect place to spend our time in Puerto Vallarta. Each room presented itself like a very nice and comfortable hotel suite. There a total of six people in my group and we all were able to enjoy our privacy and space and never felt like the house was too small. The house location is perfect because it’s not centered in the party zone, but not at all far from it. One can sleep in peace and quiet with no loud noisy clubs nearby. We also opted to have the optional Chef for breakfast every morning and for dinner a couple of nights. I’ve never had a dining experience like this chef and his team rendered to our group. We had dinner on our final night and the chef spoiled us with such a lavish dinner experience. I lost count after the 11th course dish was presented. There was nothing that was made for us that I would not have again. The home is also located right next to a small restaurant called “Tacoquila.” The head Chef Ernesto is such an incredible chef! He has studied and trained in the art of cooking in various locations in the United States, and has now brought his talents to Puerto Vallarta and opened his own restaurant. Arguably, my favorite feature of the home would have to be the rooftop pool that is perfectly positioned so that one can peacefully float and enjoy the unique floral colors of the sunset that only Puerto Vallarta can create. Without hesitation, I would definitely stay in this house again.

A great place, and a different experience than we have had before.

The property is really nice. The water is clean and drinkable, and the pool view and the kitchen deck patio views are awesome. We had six adults and the space was a little tight, but adequate for that many. The shower water pressure in all the bathrooms is fantastic. The gas stove works great, and there are plenty of pots pans, and dishes. We made some great breakfasts and enjoyed the shaded mornings on the patio. The open-air feel of the doors and windows on the main floor made for a refreshing start to the day. We had a couple of great meals in the Tacorilla downstairs, and the little shop is great for little odds and ends. The bed in the master is extremely comfortable, (soft on top with firm support), and the other guests slept well also. The a/c works great at night. The internet is a little dicey depending on the time, but that is no fault of the house, just part of MX everywhere I have stayed. The house manager is great. We had a couple minor issues which were quickly attended to with a smile. A word of caution...there are 74 stairs from the street to the rooftop pool, and there is a significantly steep hill on the way to town. The stairs are not typical American stairs with landings in the corners, they are pie-shaped and could be difficult for people who are not in great shape, have bad knees etc. There is nothing wrong with this at all, and there are good handrails, but it was a challenge after a couple of margaritas in town :). Thanks for a great trip!

50th Bday Celebration

WOW! Did not disappoint. First time staying downtown after20 years coming to PVR and staying in Marina Area. The property met all our expectations, pictures do not provide justice to the quality of the House. A little back story here to show commitment of owner. We started this rental as a Senior trip for our son back in 2018. Covid hit and shut us down. Christopher was more than caring in the process of cancelation. We were committed to make it work at some point, took us a couple tries but we finally got it done. So happy we stuck it out. Loved being in the middle of things. Still made it out to the Marina area for for dinner and the night market, Thursday. Being close to Malecon and extended south boardwalk area and all the restaurants in the Romantic zone was nice. The house for us worked out great. We had 8 total and plenty of room. Amenities in the house were as described and all operable. Yes, a lot of steps but not terrible. I had knee replacement 8 weeks ago and survived. You can walk to store and taxi back, easy as it is on the main line back from downtown. Taxi service was reasonable, again being centralized helped. Now for the extras that are not always talked about. Polo met us for check in and walked us through the house, answered questions and was a great resource for places to eat, grocery stores, and things to use Paco for for. Paco was the programs organizer; having been to PVR we had an idea of what we wanted to do. Some we had booked some we had not. We worked with Paco to set up a couple tours that worked into our schedule and optimized what we wanted. He also helped on a couple other things were looking at. Great resource, but you want to be prepared! Roberto was another great resource as a Van/Taxi driver. Normally 8 of us went to an event or dinner together and we could call Roberto to take us to that and pick us up when it made sense. If we were downtown, we typically would split up into 2-3 groups and shop and find own taxi back which was simple from southern downtown and typically 5-7$ with tip. Roberto of course took us to the airport which was nice. Jose the chef is HIGHLY recommended. Not enough space to treat fair but meal was ALL GREAT. Nice night in!! Polo also served an Owner hosted picnic that was Awesome! How many owners do that? Christopher was great to communicate with and I can tell you he is committed to the area. Of all the VRBO I have been in and most good experiences this was best. See You Soon!!

The stay was amazing!!!

Let’s just say I wish could have stayed forever. The house manager is amazing , very attentive and helpful. The house is amazing. I was really impressed with all the amenities. We took our family and the house layout allowed privacy for everyone. Well worth it !! Area is also safe , nice and quiet !! We are already planning a return trip!

Spectacular

Our trip experience began many months ago when we booked this stay with Christopher. His responsiveness was so quick that we were able to make decisions quickly. He was extremely helpful and informative with ALL of our questions. But more importantly, he is very kind. The Ritz Carlton has nothing on him. The house was perfect for our family and we spent a great deal of time on the rooftop pool. The complimentary dinner made by Polo was a highlight. This is a perfect home in a safe neighborhood that is close to old town and the Romatica district.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

Look no further! Casa Isacamil is amazing. I run short of words because nothing can quite describe the experience we had in staying here. The pictures? They don't quite do it justice. The house? Better than you can imagine. The hospitality? Like staying in a resort without paying the resort fees. This vacation was a dream come true. The rooftop pool is where we spent most of our days...and nights! The culinary masterpiece Chris offers for an in house chef was food and drink to do for. The location into town was perfect, whether you want to walk or take a cab. Polo, the house manager, MADE OUR VACATION. Anything we needed, he was ready and available to get it. The accommodations were heavenly, with each room having their own AC (crucial on hot days or sunburnt days). I went down with family and friends and the house was big enough for space but not too big that we lost each other. We've only been back a week now and we are already planning our trip BACK to this wonderful rooftop pool/view property. 20/10 would recommend!!

Amazing amazing amazing!

Can’t get over the views from the rooftop. Attentive staff, very welcoming . Thankful for hosting welcome dinner. Would highly recommend this place for a large group like ours, 7 adults total very comfortable and still felt private.

Why they chose this property

I come from a home construction background and decided to take on a large project for over two years. Yes build a house in Puerto Vallarta! My intention was to buy something within walking distance to the ocean and city and most importantly, to find something that had a view to the mountains, city and ocean. To do this, I had to find the perfect location. Since my background is in construction, I could envision this existing property and its potential. The previous house that was there, I had to completely gut the interior and exterior and start with the 3 exterior walls. It was basically a shell, but I could build it to incorporate a resort style house without the congestion of the big city. I wanted to build something on the modern side with implementing a contemporary mix to it. When designing the house I wanted to capture the ability for large families, small families, in-laws and couples.

Location, Location, Location!!! Views!! I love the uniqueness of the neighborhood-old, traditional, modern, cobblestone streets and its proximity to everything!
