Un appartement super et surtout une vue époustouflante toute la baie des Sables du balcon.
A 2 pas de tout rien à redire.
Nous étions 3 et l'appartement est très fonctionnel.
Un garage sur place bien pratique surtout quand il y a beaucoup de monde dans la ville.

Appartement idéalement situé. Vue sur plage et mer magnifique. On ne s’en lasse pas.
Manque de produits ménagers. Appartement à rafraîchir au niveau tapisseries et autres. Des ampoules manquantes dans la SDB. Le fer à repasser est obsolète. On oublie ces détails car la vue sur mer et plage est sublime. On y vit au rythme des marées. Terrasse très agréable avec store électrique et installations pare-soleil. Box fermé privatif très appréciable. La chambre est au calme. Séjour parfait. Logement cossu et bien insonorisé très agréable spacieux et belle SDB. LL appréciable avec des radiateurs chauffants. Emplacement idéal proche de tout.
Divers éléments cassés: porte de placard, lunette de toilette, évier fendu.
Papiers peints décolles dans toutes les pièces;
