Very peacefule

Very nice place with lots of peace and quiet. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time and the beaches had very few people on them. Great place to go and be away from the crowds. Still close to Daytona if you want to go do something.

Great place for a family vacation!

When we arrived I was so excited to see that the pictures on the site were the same as what was in this condo. It is super family friendly, quiet, and right across the street from the beach. It was super easy and safe for my family and I to walk across and hang on the beach all day. The best part about the beach is its quiet and not a lot of tourists. Tons of locals which was nice and they gave friendly advice and helped take pictures. Also no cars can drive on this part of Ormond Beach so it was even more piece of mind since we have five younger children running around. The only "negative" things about our experience with this condo would be, when we arrived there was a huge hole in the wall where the front door must have previously been slammed open and the door handle and lock had broken the wall, also upstairs there were a few holes in the wall but someone had placed wall coverings over them to hide them. That was the only "destructive" thing that caught my eye at first. We didn't want to be held liable so we contacted the booking manager immediately and documented it with them right away. As our stay progressed (we were there for a week) we noticed a few other things that kept happening, the blinds on the windows were taped on since they broke/fell off so easily, the toilet downstairs doesn't stop running, when you use the down stairs shower it leaks tremendously leaving the floor soaked and behind toilet, we had NO signal for our cell phones or WiFi which sucked since my husband was there for business, but if we stood by the upstairs master window we could get signal and use our data to send emails and texts. The light and fan stopped working in the living room and the wall switch wouldn't turn on either, the fixtures in the upstairs bathroom in the tub would come out of the wall if pulled to hard to turn on the water, with little kids taking baths that was concerning, and we had two of our kids and my husband both slipped and fell in the upstairs shower because it is that slippery, definitely would recommend a grip mat of some sort. The fridge doesn't dispense the Ice but it does make Ice so we just had to use our hands when loading the cooler and drinks. And lastly they only supply two rolls of toilet paper and there is no hand soap, so be prepared to stock up on toiletries if you have a large family. We had a AMAZING stay at this condo though! Would recommend it to family and friends!

Perfect location

Condo was roomy and had everything needed for a great vacation. Complex was small so no fighting for space at the pool. Beach was clean and not crowded and condo was right across the street. Many great local restaurants to cater to different tastes. Would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint I have is we did not have internet access and the tv downstairs kept searching so no service there. The rest the place is quiet and beautiful views of the ocean, we enjoy our stay
