About this property

Chalet 10 people 160 m² at the foot of the ski slopes.

Our chalet is ideal for a stay with family or friends while enjoying the joys of the mountains: calm, wide open space, sport, nature, ...

Family chalet suitable for children and adults, consisting of a very large living dining room with lounge area with fireplace, and, 5 bedrooms for 2 people, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath, 2 WCs separate, fitted kitchen: 4 gas burners, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave ... Flat screen, WIFI, Washing machine. Ski-bike storage space, and a boiler room (ideal for drying ski clothes).

The carpet in the bedrooms and the corridor does not allow us to welcome animals.

You can leave and return from piste skiing directly from the terrace. (departure of ski lessons from the piste 80m from the chalet).

Delmotte family (tenant Feb 2019): "Warm and functional chalet. Very nice living space for 10 people. Well-appointed ski room very practical in the basement The equipment is simple but perfect, nothing is missing. However, we would have liked to be able to make a fire in the fireplace but no indication or wood on site. But this just for the atmosphere, because the chalet is very well heated.
Ideal location to access the ski slopes on foot without taking the shuttle.
Owner full of good advice and responsive to our questions.
Difficulty: Access to the accommodation on the first day is not easy when you arrive with your luggage and lots of shopping for the week. You have to climb 100 meters in the snow from the parking lot to the chalet. Provide backpacks. But the game is worth the candle, because then we enjoy absolute calm, away from the activity of the station. The city center is still accessible in 10 minutes on foot.
We will return with great pleasure to this chalet! "

Chalet très grand, très fonctionnel, bien équipé avec une grande pièce à skis très pratique pour revenir skis aux pieds et stocker le matériel. La déco n’a pas de charme particulier et la robinetterie un peu vieillissante mais les chambres ont quasi toutes des rangements, le chalet est baigné de lumière toute la journée. L’accès initial n’est pas très pratique pour décharger les bagages mais ça en vaut la peine pour être à la fois au calme, aux pieds des pistes et à dix minutes environ à pied du centre de la station. Une belle adresse à retenir !

Très agréable séjour dans ce chalet. Accès skis aux pieds. Pour le retour, si les enfants sont à l'ESF, il faut mieux reprendre la TC. Chalet simple, mais bien équipé et grand. Tout est présent. Au calme, en lisière de forêt. La voiture se gare à 100 mètres, et ensuite accès par un chemin (comme indiqué par le propriétaire). En résumé : un excellent lieu aux Carroz

Séjour agréable

Très bon emplacement pour ce chalet afin d'accéder aux pistes. Il faut passer le petit désagrément de l'accès au chalet avec les bagages et ensuite l'emplacement est idéal pour l'accès aux pistes de ski. Chalet très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Reste cependant à revoir la décoration qui est un peu désuète (au regard du prix de la location) Autre inconvénient : le bruit du système de chauffage (ventilation). A part ça, nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Chalet avec un beau potentiel à rafraîchir

L'accès au chalet est périlleux par temps de neige car l'accès n'a pas été déneigé (environ 80 cm de neige) de plus dangereux pour les enfants en bas âge c'est dommage d'autre part 150€ de ménage facturé ne se justifie pas Nous n'avons pas pu découvrir l'accès aux pieds des pistes de ski

Très beau chalet !

Nous venons de finir notre semaine de ski dans ce chalet tout confort au pied des pistes et des cours pour les enfants. Nous étions deux familles et nous avons apprécié le bel esace salle / salon pour tout le monde. Le village est très sympathique avec de belles boutiques et le domaine skiable est très grand et convivial. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine du nouvel an.
