Our family enjoyed our stay even though it was cut short by the weather. Garland was excellent to work with and was easy to communicate with. The house had everything we needed for 8 adults and 2 under 2. We look forward to visiting again!

We came the day after the hurricane. Garland went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed since things were still closed. He even offered to personally take us to and from the beach. He was extremely responsive and was the nicest person we have ever worked with on a vacation rental. The home was beautiful, extremely clean, and very well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and even pool/beach toys. Our family had a great vacation and loved staying in this home!

Great location to stay for family vaca and were able to bring our two puppies. The listing says 3 queen rooms but there’s actually 2 kings 2 queens and bunk room. I think the furniture in living room newer sectional. Lots of storage space food and beverages. Only downside

We love staying in Emerald Shores for the private beach access and the Pavillion! The house was as described, the rooms were spacious and the house was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive, we had a minor issue where our code stopped working for the door and he reset it right away. Good location right across from the pool, short walk to the beach. The Dollar General next door is well stocked. Loved the front porch and sitting out there. Nice big couch in the living room for everyone to lounge on, and the beds are comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Great location great house.

We had a great stay. I brought 4 18 year old boys for their senior trip after graduation. They loved the house and it was an easy walk to the beach each day and short drive to all the activities in the area.

Great location and space

We had everything we needed for a great vacation. Having the pool so close was really convenient. Since we took our dogs all the dog waste stations were also a bonus. We would definitely stay here again. We love coming to Destin and this was a great spot to be in.

Great house!!

Great place to stay! Very clean and host is great to work with. We had plenty of room for our group of 12 without being crowded. Beach and pool are a very close walk. Can’t wait to come back!!

The Bermuda House

My family loved the space and all the rooms. Super clean and well stocked. Quick walk and you are at the most beautiful beach! Garland is the nicest owner we have come across. Do not hesitate to book this one.

The property needs to be updated And cleaned well. I had to move the sofa to get a toy that my grand son was playing with. It was filthy behind it!!!! Cleaning fans needs to be cleaned in all rooms. The furniture needed vacuumed, lots of stuff in the cracks and a lot of sand on the sofa. We also saw and killed a few roaches .

Destin Spring Break

We had a lovely stay. Everything is very close. The pool, the beach, etc… Unfortunately the tennis courts are in need of repair and didn’t have a net but we just drove to a nearby park. Garland was thoughtful and prompt in his communication.

Fantastic week!

Beautiful community. They provide shuttle service to the beach. The pool is a few steps away. The house is very nice. Plenty of space for our group od twelve. The owner was super nice and responded right away when we contacted him. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation!

Amazing Trip!

What a week we had! This property was perfect for our group of 14. The location of the gated community was great and we were close to everything. It was so nice to be able to walk about 100 feet to get to the pool and have a short walk to the beach everyday.The owner/renter was so pleasant to work with, and assisted us with anything that we needed!We had such a great time that we are already discussing a trip back to this same place next year!!Highly recommend this property for any Destin trip you are planning!!

Being the family!

This house is perfect for a large family gathering! We had 11 adults and three children and we all had our own space and didn’t feel cramped. We had everything we needed to enjoy the week, and the host was gracious enough to accommodate our request for a Christmas tree since we had children with us. The pool is very close and the beach was just a short walk. We enjoyed every minute of it!
