Enjoy your time in Norman by staying like a local. This offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is located 1.6 miles from campus and 1/2 mile from the Lloyd Noble Center. Kitchen is completely updated and can accommodate up to 10 for meals. Large island seats 4 and dining table seats 6. Gathering room offers seating for 8 with a 75 inch tv with 250+ channels. Home will comfortably sleep 6. Large L shaped couch can sleep an additional 2. A blow up mattress is also available which 2 kiddos can sleep on comfortably! Three bedrooms offer 2 queen beds and 1 king bed. Deck area can sit 8. To get to the stadium, you can walk or drive to the Lloyd Noble Center to park for free and ride the bus (they do charge for the bus ride to the stadium). Both bathrooms have hair dryers and the home is equipped with wifi. Safety features include a security camera outside the garage looking at the driveway as well a ring security doorbell facing the front porch.

The house is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Everything was well-thought out, from the large kitchen area to the back patio arrangement, making it a great space for entertaining. Couldn't be happier with this rental.

Jana's home is as comfortable & convenient as she said it was. The entire property was neat & clean. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, and even heard an owl 1 evening! If there was a question, Jana was quick to respond. We would definitely come back to this home if available!

We enjoyed this comfortable home close to OU campus for Parents’ Weekend. It’s beautifully appointed and the kitchen is a chefs dream (though we didn’t cook…but you can with all that’s provided). We would definitely stay there again.

We loved the property and our stay! Jana was very communicative and answered all of my questions before and during our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I grew up in the small community of Watonga, OK and came to college at OU. I love the city of Norman and the University so I decided to buy property. My husband and I are die hard Sooner fans and make all of the home games. My full-time profession is recruiting professionals to work for Forterra, a large manufacturer of water and infrastructure products. I reside in Dallas, TX.

Why they chose this property

My home is comfortable and really close to Hwy 9, the University and campus corner. The kitchen is fabulous, my sister-in-law came in and gutted the area and designed and created a wonderful space.

What makes this property unique

The deck in the back is really nice to enjoy the evenings where you will enjoy a nice greenbelt area.

Large tv's in the master and living room.

The kitchen is very inviting.
