Come enjoy our beautifully furnished two bedroom, two bath luxury condo located in the Maui Kamaole complex; Kihei's finest luxury resort property. Nestled in the center of the sunny South Maui coast, Maui Kamaole is located across the street from famed Kamaole III Beach Park where you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, watching the sunset, or just relaxing on the sandy beach. The property is located directly across the street from the small Kihei Boat Ramp Park where many whale-watching or dive trips originate. The ocean-front Eddie Pu Trail with restored native vegetation is adjacent to the boat launch area. You are just minutes from the shops at Wailea, boasting world class shopping and award winning dining, and from the renowned golf courses of Makena and Wailea, home of the Senior Skins game.

The entire condo has all the comforts of home, including two King-sized beds, (or 2 twin beds per request), a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, Graco pack and play crib, high chair, 75' LCD flat panel TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi and cable TV throughout. A split air A/C system is located in both upstairs and downstairs areas. You will find snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, and a beach umbrella for your convenience.

There are two private pool areas, each with a hot tub and barbeque pavilion. The upper pool, with its lava rock waterfall is surrounded by lush vegetation and has a maximum depth of 3.5 feet. The lower rectangular pool, half of which is deep water, provides an opportunity for water exercise and lap swimming. Additional barbeque stations are conveniently located to serve every cluster. There are two tennis courts at the rear of the property.

During whale season, watch whales from the front balcony where each night the sunsets will take your breath away.

Awesome sunset view, great location right across from the public beach and a short drive to multiple other good beach options. Condo was well stocked with things for cooking and had a bunch of beach toys and snorkel gear as well. Communication with both the owner and the local manager was great, and easy over text. Multiple poos were also nice.

We had a wonderful time in Maui. The location of this property is great. Close to shops, restraints, and most importantly the beach! The property is clean and very well stocked. The sliding doors open to a gorgeous view and we loved the outdoor seating. We enjoyed the sunsets while eating a home cooked meal. Perfect!

This condo was wonderful for my family of 4. We traveled to Maui for three nights and thought the unit was clean and well appointed. There were a lot of toys to play with at the beach which made the short walk down to the beach even sweeter. The beds were super comfortable with sheets that were crisp and clean! The host was especially generous with granting us a late check out. I know it's not always possible but it was so generous and really helped my family enjoy the last day in Hawaii.

Unbeatable beautiful

Immaculate (and I’m picky), manager was highly communicative and flexible, local manager is the pinnacle of friendliness and helpfulness. Beautiful view. Pots and pans looked new (and, again, I’m picky), dishes nicer than usual. A/C cools the space in minutes allowing for breezy days and nights cool enough to sleep well on the very comfortable beds (including a comfortable pull out). Bathrooms and kitchen clearly recently remodeled. Nice proximity to pool- close but not noisy. Easy walk to beach. Fully stocked with boogie boards, chairs, umbrella. This is our 6th rental in Kihei and 3rd in Maui Kamaole and we will definitely be returning to this unit.

Great stay, a few fixes would make it phenomenol

Beautiful condo complex, great location, clean, fully stacked with everything you need and more (beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc). Owners on site and off are responsive. Can walk to beaches and restaurants and close via car to other beautiful beaches and restaurants in Wailea.Beds are the most comfortable I've slept in any condo- sheets were so soft! We loved our stay and only a few things prevented me from giving it 5 stars:- Not really sure what happened but there was a problem with our code when we arrived and we were unable to get into the condo for half an hour. We went to get groceries and everything was sitting outside the condo in the heat. I contacted the onsite property manager and she was able to reset it and we got in, but it should have worked from the beginning.- Washer had dried mold around the rim (likely from previous tenants who kept it closed and moisture built up). I get that it's a tropical climate and this happens, but we have stayed at other condos in tropical locales and didn't have mold in the washer. We didn't want to wash our clothes in it. This was the only disappointment we had with the condo.- The AC in the upstairs bedroom works great for the bedroom but doesn't get into the bathroom much, even when we left the door open, so the upstairs bathroom was warm. Not a huge deal for us though it may be for others. - This is a quiet complex. Even the pools are quiet and have many rules, so just be aware if you have young, rowdy kids.

Paradise Found

Fantastic unit with everything as pictured! Actually, even better than the pictures! This was our 15th stay on Maui in the last 20 years. Every aspect was top notch, A#1 for comfort, furniture, beds, TV’s, appliances, kitchen supplies (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery), 3 AC units plus 3 ceiling fans. The washer and dryer were so helpful to have within the condo. Plenty of high end supplies like Tide laundry soap, Oxyclean spray, dish washer pods, Bounce fabric softener sheets, soft Charmin toilet paper, paper towels, coconut scented soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. I forgot to mention the beautiful, huge two person, upstairs shower! Our contact person, Corinna was tops! She offered to bring more of any supplies we might need. The only supply we started to run short on was Keurig pods and she brought us a generous supply. The view from our lanai was everything we hoped for. All day and each evening sunset were like paintings. Only morning sun from the lanai, no hot afternoon sun. The pools and hot tubs were lovely. We used the nice gas Weber BBQ’s one night too. We did have a car, but we walked tonseveral shops and restaurants. We also walked to the beach, a 3 minute walk across the street. There were lots of beach supplies including sand chairs, towels, ice chest, toddler toys, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkel equipment) We can’t wait to return to this Kihei dream condo. We will return and stay in Bill’s unit again.

Excellent Condo for a Maui Stay

Family of 4 with 2 teens. We had a fantastic time on our first trip to Maui. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. One extra detail that we appreciated was the nice binoculars that we used multiple times while sitting out on the deck. Condo has a fantastic view from the deck and inside the living room. The grounds are meticulously maintained and bbq area, which we used several nights was great. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 for our stay.

Mahalo for a great stay!

We really enjoy south Kihei and Maui Kamaole. I highly recommend the upper pool. The lower pool deck is a bit slippery for little kids. This unit was well appointed and clean with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We were able to see whales and the provided binoculars were an awesome plus! Convenient pack and play and high chair! So nice to not have to bring those things along.

Property was as advertised. Great views of ocean from deck. Plenty of beach stuff and everything else to make your stay comfortable. One small glitch on the front end ( no pack and play) was resolved as a new one was purchased and delivered the first night. Highly recommend.

great location

This was a nice condo with lots of beach supplies and a great view. The sofa bed couch was the only disappointment. It was very very uncomfortable and not the one in the pictures supplied. I wouldn't recommend anyone plan to stay here who needs to use the sofa bed unless it gets replaced. I also posted a question to the management a couple weeks before the stay and never got a reply and the instructions for the pool gates were 2 years outdated. If they can fix those things, this is a great place to stay

View whales from the Lanai!

The property was as listed and was really suited our needs- 2 couples and a toddler. The high chair and pack n play were appreciated although remember to bring your own crib sheet. Beds were good, linens were polyester so were a bit clammy. Air conditioned worked well and it was great to be able to control each room separately. The kitchen is a bit tight for more than one person but was well stocked with all the amenities for meal prep. A few condiments and pantry items were left by the previous guests and we added to that for the next. The bathroom amenities were nice- coconut scented lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was enough TP, paper towel, laundry soap And DW det for our stay. The dish soap is in an in counter dispenser. There was no Kleenex. Beach umbrellas were missing but a couple of phone calls and the owner sorted us out with 2 brand new ones. We visited Kam 3 beach by walking with the toddler on 2 occasions. The pools were great and handy with the toddler. The Bbq area was busy but we made it work. There is no electric bbq on the lanai as per the listing. The biggest bonus- the beautiful view from the Lanai. We saw whales quite close to shore on our very first morning and then more nearly every time we spent time out here.

Good location in South Kihei, a short distance away from the nicer Wailea. Can walk across street to beach. Large property with two pools. Relatively quiet, we never heard our neighbors. Property was nice and roomy with updated appliances. Great bedding.

Great time in Kihei

Had a great time staying at this apartment with my brother and cousin while we toured the south side of Maui. It's a cool area and beaches are close by. The apartment was great for the price and was quiet and private. Would stay again. Shawna is very nice and she helped us with ideas of things to do around the island.

What makes this property unique

There are many fantastic aspects to this property; the large expansive grassy areas, park-like setting, large units with private lanais, two swimming pools, tennis courts and so much more! The location feels somewhat separated from 'Kihei Town' in that it is a little more private and not on top of other complexes. You feel more like you are in the resort community of Wailea, but directly across from the Kihei boat ramp!
