The Ritz-Carlton Club in St Thomas has implemented a new $225 rental

I am able to accommodate multiple units in both 2bd & 3bd units and possible shorter stays. This excludes peak holiday season where your stay must begin or end on a Saturday and may require a 6-7 night stay.

Please note that the Club is a fractional facility and as such, from time to time, a room change may be required as multiple owners own a single unit and may choose to occupy the unit during their allotted time. However, this supply of interchangeable units allows us to accommodate more rental guests than that of a single residence accommodation. The likelihood for a room change increases for last minute bookings and bookings that straddle a Saturday (as owners are allocated weeks that begin and end on Saturday). We will do our best to avoid a room change if at all possible but cannot guarantee it.

Located on the South-Eastern most tip of St. Thomas, The Ritz-Carlton Club sprawls over 30 acres of some of the most pristine real estate in all the Virgin Islands.

The secluded turquoise waters and white-sand beaches are merely steps away from your luxuriously appointed condominium. Away from the hustle and bustle of the public, enjoy all the private amenities and beaches exclusive to Ritz-Carlton guests and residents. You will experience only the best in service and hospitality that the Ritz-Carlton properties are famous for.

Your condominium is appointed with only the finest accommodations, from the gourmet kitchen, to immaculately designed bedrooms and bathrooms, to the elegant living room that steps out to one of the three private balconies. Maid service is provided twice-daily with turn down service nightly. There are LED TV's with DVD players in the living room and all bedrooms and, a Bose surround sound system in the living room as well. Floor plans and room configurations are subject to change.

The Club will have full-service amenities and restaurants (Coconut Cove & The Grand Palazzo) available for your enjoyment.

The condo was wonderful EXCEPT July is during the time when seaweed is a huge issue and the smell was horrendous as we were in the farthest condo units from the hotel and that’s where it all collected. So—- I would ask about the seaweed prior to booking (apparently worse from May- September) and ask not to be put in the “Lily” units if you are going during those months. Otherwise- everyone was amazing there. The service and accommodations were awesome!! Just nature sometimes can’t be helped!!!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful and spacious our condo was.It had 2 huge masters both with water views. Both masters had their own balconies and there was an additional balcony off the living room. The condo was immaculate and the daily housekeeping was fantasy! I highly recommend.

Our family was more than happy and satisfied with this property. The condo was clean, lovely decorated and had all amenities that one needed. The two “master suite bedrooms” had all features of a classy 5 Star Ritz Hotel with 3 balconies/patios. The service was awesome and top of the line, people are nice and happy and try to accommodate all your needs. Booking was easy and communication with travel agent and Ritz team was great. We have decided to come back whenever we visit St. Thomas.

Could be good option for a family but a few points

I stayed at this property because we were traveling with a two year old and wanted a separate room for them, and the ability to be beachfront and relax during naps. The pros- clean, lots of space, lots of amenities, great maid services, ability to enjoy whole resort plus ritz hotel side The cons- this specific property was not beach facing. You face the garden and is on of the furthest from the beach. If you look to the left from the ground floor porch you see some beach. But it was described as beachfront/waterfront and it just isn't. Ground level- impacts view but also we were swarmed by mosquitos inside our rooms. From what guests told us, the upper floors don't have that problem. Given the price for a week, i feel they should have been more forthcoming about the views. The property manager hosts dozens of properties and the photos are all generic and I'm sure some are higher up, etc. I think it's misleading and unfair not to explain to bookers what room they are getting and the specific details- eg, facing the garden, ground floor room.

Many people prefer the ground floor walk out units since they don't have to take an elevator to get to the beach, they can just walk directly out of their door to access the beach. We define beachfront/waterfront as "fronting" the ocean, meaning there are no dwellings in between the unit and the ocean. The owner of the unit you stayed in feels that their unit does meet this definition and we merely represent them. The resort was built so that technically all of the units are oceanfront and have ocean views. Naturally, some units are going to have better views than others but we always try to match owners with the best unit we have available at the time they book. If they book last minute, some of the more highly desired units may no longer be available. If having a unit on a higher floor is more important to you than being able to walk directly out of your unit to the beach, we can always try to search for owners that have a higher floor unit if we only have first floor units left but would need you to communicate this to us prior because, as mentioned before, some people actually prefer the walk outs and we don't always know renters' preferences before they book. Regarding the mosquitos, this was unusual to have this happen and as soon as it was brought to the on-site concierge's attention, they rectified the issue immediately by fumigating the unit and bringing in citronella candles to have on the patio so that the guests could have the patio doors open and still not have to worry about the mosquitos. They would have moved you to another unit but this was during a popular spring break week that you stayed at the property and the resort was fully occupied.
