Goose Cove Vacation Rental Condo is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Cedar Key, Florida. Sunsets from the Goose Cove balconies are spectacular. Fish from our dock from sunrise to dark if you like. THE most attractive aspect of Goose Cove is Location. See the photos and you'll understand!

Goose Cove is comprised of two condo units on the Gulf of Mexico. We accommodate a maximum of four guests and perhaps a child or two as well.

Goose Cove has a unique configuration: The master bedroom is upstairs in the main part of the house. The second bonus bedroom is on the ground level under the main house and is not
connected to the rest of the house. From the main part of the home you need to go outside, down the stairs, then into the 2nd bedroom. This is suitable for adults and perhaps teens but not
for younger children.

Upstairs: The upstairs features the living room, kitchen, dining area and the top floor is the impressive master bedroom which features a queen bed and overlooks the living area with vaulted ceilings and adjacent private bath with tub and shower. The living room is spacious, comfortable and has an unexcelled open view of the Gulf that is only a few yards away. Sliding glass doors in the living room access the main balcony with its panoramic water views.

Downstairs: The bonus unattached waterfront bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen size bed, tv, bath with shower, microwave and mini fridge. Plus also a private waterfront balcony overlooking the Gulf. It should again be noted that from this bedroom the access to the upstairs living areas is via the exterior entrance stairway.

The condo has a washer and dryer, two TVs with cable, WiFi, and access to the fishing pier. **FISHING PIER WAS DAMAGED BY THE RECENT HURRICANE....REPAIRS ARE IN THE NEAR FUTURE***
Parking is limited and we would not recommend bringing a boat unless it is small and no more than two vehicles, please. There are five units at this location. Not all are rentals and most times through out the year they are not occupied. We are a pleasant walk along the water to the town where you'll find plenty of restaurants, and stores and rentals of kayaks, bikes, and golf carts. Head back to Goose Cove at the end of the day for a spectacular sunset.

Goose Cove Condo was built in the 70's and still has that 70's feel. We are clean and well supplied with all your vacation needs. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedroom and bath have adequate linens.

McCormick Management will be there for you during your entire vacation (even after hours) should situations arise where you need help.

We are strictly a no smoking rental. Parking is limited. Large boats and multiple vehicles are not encouraged here due to lack of space. No pets.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people's property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
