In the town of Plascassier, 15 km from Cannes and Antibes, 30 minutes from Nice airport, near the golf courses of Opio and Valbonne, this Provencal villa is located in the middle of a garden with trees and flowery of 2500 square meters, including a fenced swimming pool of 12 x 6, a summer kitchen equipped with a barbecue, a game of boules, a gantry, a trampoline, a hammock, a garage for 2 cars + 2 parking spaces . The house consists of a large living room opening onto a south-facing terrace (electric blind, internet box, flat screen TV), 5 bedrooms (including an air-conditioned master bedroom, a bedroom with private terrace, a bedroom with balcony ), a separate fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, and an awning terrace equipped with a plancha.

Great Villa for Groups/Families

Great size property with a huge pool area (pool security to be updated). Good for young kids (<10) with a range of games, trampolines, swings etc. Only 1 internal living space which is small for groups bigger than 6. Multiple outdoor eating areas and large bedrooms with plenty of storage. Boulangerie is just 50m away.

Beautiful Place

The owners welcomed us very nicely. We had a fantastic time in the house and around the area. The pool was our favorite place. We had breakfast at the poolside, cooked coffee in the outdoor kitchen. Thanks to the two other terraces, we always found the right place for lunch and dinner. We were a large group and the equipment was good for this. The facility in the house is getting on the years...One drawback is that there is air conditioning in only one bedroom. All in all, thank you, we really enjoyed our time.

Ons verblijf was super. Alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooie omgeving en leuke steden en dorpjes in de buurt. Bakker 20 meter van de het huis en supermarkt om de hoek.

Stort hus / hage med god beliggenhet :-)

Sentralt stort hus med 5 soverom (1 med Aircondition). Huset har stor hage og det elektrisk port ved innkjørselen til eiendommen. Det er parkering til 2 biler på eiendommen (en ute og en i garasje). Huset har også et stort basseng (ca. 6 x 11m med dybde fra 1m til >2m). Huset har enkel standard og det er noe behov for fornying, men det fungerte helt fint for oss. Det er kort vei fra huset til resturanter, supermarked og bakeri som befinner seg i nabolaget. Det er også kort vei (3km) til den sjarmerende landsbyen Valbonne. Det er også togforbindelser til Nice, Antibes, Cannes (hele kystlinjen egentlig) fra landsbyen Mouans-Sartoux (2,3km unna). Vertene har vært veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige. De har også gitt svar raskt på spørsmål relatert til huset og nærområdet under oppholdet. NB! Rengjøring etter utsjekk koster EUR 100,- i tillegg til leiekostnadene.

Très beau jardin, idéal pour les enfants !

Accueil particulièrement sympathique, maison très bien équipée, très bien située dans la région et à proximité de tous les commerces !
