The Villa is situated in an elevated position looking out towards the Estérel Regional Park. The olive terraces give many different areas in the garden for eating, relaxing and playing various games.

Above all we are a family and this home provides all the entertainment that a family could want. We have returned to France after a previous 11 year chapter which was followed by a few years back in the UK. Dominic works in the construction industry as client representative and is complimented by Claire who specialises in procurement for overseas clients. Why they chose this property
We are very excited to share our home with you. 2023 is our first season of renting this home, although we have rented out other properties in France for 10+ years. This is our family home. Having lived in many, many properties in several countries - this is without doubt the nicest place we have lived. All local shops and amenities are just 5 minutes away, Cannes is a 20 minute drive or is accessible from Grasse train station. The Côte d'Azur and all its beauty is on the doorstep ready for exploring. Electric mountain biking in the Estérels, making your own perfume in Grasse, exploring the pretty villages or the Mediterranean coast are all easily accessible.
