Winter ski holiday

It was our third time staying at this property. The apartment is very warm and comfortable. We are happy to back again. The location is very convenient for skiing. The Ski Bus Stop is just around the corner. It is also close to Chamonix where you can discover beautiful places around or have a break for relaxation in Saint Gervais Thermal SPA.

Het verblijf viel erg tegen. Vooral de communicatie met de gastvrouw, de servicegerichtheid en de hygiëne waren slecht. - we ontvingen geen info over het inchecken. Heb zelf uiteindelijk maar gebeld toen we voor de deur stonden, want er was niemand. Het bleek dat de sleutel in een sleutelkastje zat. - het huis was niet schoon (koelkast, lades etc). De netheid ervan hangt af van hoe de vorige gasten het huis hebben achtergelaten. Er is geen controle door de gastvrouw en ze legt de verantwoordelijkheid ervoor volledig bij de gasten. - sommige kussens en dekbedden zijn zeker aan vervanging toe - die zien geel/bruin. - dat geldt zeker voor het matras van het onderste bed van het stapelbed. Een eerdere gast heeft dat opgemerkt maar daar is niks mee gedaan. - communicatie verloopt zeer moeizaam. Er wordt traag of niet gereageerd op vragen over bijvoorbeeld de maat van de dekbedden, terwijl je zelf beddengoed moet meenemen. - er waren geen schoonmaakmiddelen in het huis terwijl je wel zelf moet schoonmaken. - bij aankomst is er zelfs geen wc rol - je moet echt alles meenemen. - sommige zaken zijn ook echt kapot, zoals bijvoorbeeld tuinmeubilair. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Super séjour

Premier nouvel an en haute Savoie avec les amis et enfants. Le chalet est bien agencé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le centre ville ce trouve à 5 minutes en voiture, l'accès aux stations de ski peut se faire en minibus, l'arrêt est juste au dessus du châlet, ou en prenant les télécabines aussi au centre ville. Bref, super chalet, super endroit..... A bientôt.

Super logement

Le logement est idéalement situé par rapport aux activités proposées dans la région ainsi que des commerces. Une voiture est indispensable si vous souhaitez visiter la région même si il y a un arrêt de bus pas loin. Adresse à retenir et une région à revisiter.

Jolie chalet bien equipé, emplacement idéal pour ballade et proche des navettes pour le ski. Prévoir cependant le changement du matelas du lit superposés du bas pour plus de confort.

La perfection !

Le logement est dans un état neuf, vraiment très bien équipé, parfaitement propre à l'arrivée, et très très confortable. Parfaitement situé géographiquement, en temps de pluie, vous avez accès à peu de distances à des installations telles que patinoire, cinéma, bowling, en attendant le retour du soleil... Et par beau temps, vous pouvez partir en randonnée depuis le chalet (un chemin passe à proximité), ou aller en peu de temps à Chamonix visiter la mer de glace ou l'aiguille du midi... Sans compter, dans le bas du village, le tramway du Mont Blanc qui vous mènera au "nid d'aigle" (à 2400 m d'altitude), pour des randonnées plus ... pentues... Ce chalet est donc un lieu idéal pour des vacances d'été, et à n'en pas douter pour celles d'hiver aussi ! A louer sans retenu !
