Magnificent unobstructed view in this beautiful new house 100 meters sea, for 2 to 8 people, you will find all the comfort you are looking for, 100 meters from the sandy beach with a beautiful view that Saint Vaast la Hougue, its bars, restaurants, pizzeria, butcher, bakery, grocery store, biscuit factory with tea room ... Quinéville is a charming village where you will spend pleasant holidays. Our animal friends are welcome at the gite Le Moulin. You can take them for long walks on a 10 km sandy beach just 100 meters walk from the house. The house is located a few km from Saint Vaast La Hougue favorite village of the French 2019.
The house has a very nice terrace with magnificent open view where you can admire superb sunsets. Notice to photography lovers ...
The grounds and the courtyard are perfectly enclosed for safe animals. The yard can contain up to 4 cars.
In a modern decoration, you will benefit from four bedrooms, one on the ground floor with its private bathroom. the other 3 are upstairs with a bathroom. 2 separate toilets (one upstairs).

Quinéville is a village ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the landing beaches of UTAH BEACH and Sainte Mère Église. You will be able to see many museums dedicated to D-DAY You will also find excellent restaurants in which you will taste the local specialties (seafood, fish) but also excellent meats and local cheeses.

Great house for a friends and family stay

This house was ideal for us. The location next to the beach and the enclosed garden were great for bringing our dog. Lovely clean modern house with good amenities and equipment. Lots of D Day stuff nearby as the beach is the furthest part of Utah beach of the Normandy landings. Found excellent food here too everywhere we ate. We had 3 weeks here too - found plenty to do even at Easter.

A tidy modern house in a quiet village, overlooking a wild area with birds, owls, mammals and reeds. Enough services in the village such as boulangerie, bar and charcuterie to keep you going. 2 mins to a lovely beach with miles of walking. Would recommend if you are looking to explore the area.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre.On s'y sent bien tout de suite Cuisine avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires et même plus! Petit bémol : isolation légère des murs intérieurs.Accès à la wi-fi au top. Deux points forts : la terrasse qui donne sur les marais où nous avons vu des chevaux dans leur enclos et des biches qui traversaient matin et soir l'espace vert.Et la situation à proximité immédiate de la mer, c'est vraiment très pratique avec les enfants.Le quartier est très calme.Nous recommandons cette location

Hébergement très propre. Au calme. La mer 2,MNS très belle plage pour promenade. Bien situé pour découverte de différents sites historiques . Très bon séjour, avec le soleil. Agréable séjour à quelques pas de la plage

La maison était propre, bien entretenue, à une centaine de mètres de la plage. Nous avons logé à 4 donc nous n'avons occupé que 2 chambres sur les 4. Nos filles utilisaient la salle de bain à l'étage et nous la petite salle de douche au rez-de-chaussée. La cuisine contient tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner durant 1 semaine de congés. Le jardin avec vue sur les champs est très agréable et assez grand pour les enfants jouer et le coin est calme. Nous avions le soleil qui donnait sur la terrasse le soir et celle-ci était protégée du vent grâce à une palissade. Le propriétaire est sympathique et réactif. Dans le village, il y a un restaurant avec du personnel sympa, une biscuiterie artisanale/ salon de thé, un terrain de tennis, un terrain de basket, un distributeur de viande et charcuterie, une boulangerie, un mini supermarché, un musée sur la seconde guerre mondiale... bref, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment !Nous vous recommandons le logement.

November in der Normandie

Für November hatten wir erstaunlich schönes Wetter, überwiegend trocken. Das Haus ist sauber. Es liegt nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt (eine Straße überqueren und dann noch ein paar Meter). Der Garten ist eingezäunt. Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren schon mal in diesem Haus. Es hat uns damals genau so gut gefallen, wie dieses Mal

Hat uns gut gefallen

Wir haben die Zeit in der Gegend sehr genossen. Für unseren Hund war das Haus mit eingezäuntem Garten großartig. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Und die Ruhe auch. Zum Strand konnte man schnell laufen und dort auch spazieren gehen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief völlig unkompliziert. Leider hatten die Bäckerei und der Metzger Betriebsferien. Die Biscuiterie ist wirklich großartig. Wir haben die ganze Gegend abgefahren und viel über die Historie gelernt. Die Menschen sind überall sehr freundlich.

perfect stay in Normandy

Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang. Yves ist ein toller Vermieter, der seine Gäste wamherzig empfängt und dafür sorgt, dass man sich in der Normandie sofort wohl fühlt. Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen in der Nähe des Strandes von Quinéville und auch ein toller Startpunkt für schöne Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Very friendly and uncomplicated welcome. Yves is a great landlord who welcomes his guests warmly and makes sure that you immediately feel at home in Normandy. The house is perfectly located near the beach of Quinéville and also a great starting point for nice day trips in the area. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. We would love to come back.
