Totally updated two bedroom, two bath very well appointed condo with a superb view - high enough to be above the noise and still provide the personal experience of a gulf front vacation getaway. Totally updated with all new furniture, bedding, paint, small appliances, all kitchen supplies etc. in August 2018. FREE WiFi in the condo and FREE beach service (2 chairs / 1 umbrella) during the March through October beach rental season.

Clean, great location, love the balcony furniture, and beds were comfortable. Only issue, no wash cloths in bathrooms or dish washing towels in kitchen. We made do.

Great management! Needed a couple of little things fixed when we got there & it was fixed almost immediately. Beautiful view! Loved being on the 10th floor. Huge TV’s, comfortable mattresses, & the kitchen had everything we needed. Absolutely NO complaints.

Wonderful condo

This was our first time to stay at Treasure Island and we loved it. The condo was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It was also updated with new appliances. The owner was great. We asked for early check in and he was very quick to respond and give us an earlier check in time. The only complaint we had was about the beach chairs. We don’t understand why they are all booked when you are the first one down to get one. We got folding chairs 2 days. Everything else was perfect. We had a great stay and will be back!!

This was by far the BEST property we’ve ever stayed in!! Mike and his managers were easy to communicate with and the location was top notch. It is located on the quieter side which we love but was only a few minute drive to the action. The condo was stocked with everything you could want or need (except a can opener…thank you YouTube for helping out. HA) which made it easy for family meals on the balcony. Watching the sunset from the beach or balcony followed by a night swim became our nightly routine. Our family has been spoiled and I’m guessing we will never be able to not stay beachfront again! See ya soon PCB, thanks for having us!!

Stay for Baseball and Vacation

The unit was exactly as described. There was plenty of space for everyone to move around. The pantry/cabinet space in kitchen was limited for supplies for the week. Also I was a bit disappointed in the cleaning job being that check out is 9:00am and check in isn’t until 4:00pm. The floors and furniture had sand as though it was rushed over. Other than that we would rent this unit again. The rest of the property was well kept and the staff was very accommodating and friendly!

Perfect For The Family

Very clean property with plenty of room for a Condo. Great view of the ocean off the balcony. Located next to stores and restaurants. Beach is very clean and the water is clear. Huge kitchen which a lot of condo's do not have. 2 large rooms with a big bed in each, fold out couch, 2 closet bunks and plenty of room for an air mattress. Kid friendly yet not loud or crazy at night. Perfect for the family. If you are college kids looking for a spring break condo you would want to stay closer to pier park. I have kids 10, 12, 13, and 16. This place and location is perfect for the 10-13 year olds. My 16 year old loved it in the day but I would drop her and her friends off at Pier Park in the evening as that is where the hot spot is for teenagers to hang out in the evening and is safe and heavily police patrolled. Two thumbs up and I have stayed in a lot of condo's. This is one of the best.
