Cozy 1 Bedroom

Easy communication and check in. Sasha was great to work with. Great location. Nice little apartment. Clean with everything we needed. Great instruction book with notes on our stay. A parking space though we didnt need it. Close and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, groceries, Caramel market and Jaffa. Easy access to taxis and buses. Just what we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful property I am ideal location

Loved the property. Beautiful and clean. Large bank of windows with motorized blinds lent so much light to the unit. Appliances all worked. I even did laundry. AM/PM market literally 10 meters from front door as well as coffee shops. Two minute walk to Carmel Market. Another 5-10 minutes to beach promenade. I would definitely stay here again

Very centralized and close to all things. It is a decent Israeli 1 bedroom apartment. I got the property because of the private parking it comes with. As all things Tel Aviv, it is very expensive. My only complain is the apartment is located on major busy road so it is very noisy with the occasional ambulance passing. Other than that, it is a nice place!

Fantastic location near beach with wonderful property manager (Vincent was the best!) & much needed amenities in Tel Aviv--mamad, parking, washer/dryer.The parking spot was uncovered under thick trees. Dealing with bird poop-covered windows daily was not fun. Bring a car cover!!! The alternative covered spot was too small for a Toyota Camry, but a subcompact car might be fine there. The washing machine worked fine but was incredibly loud...made it hard to hear anything throughout the apartment.Other than those minor annoyances, this worked great for our needs. We especially appreciate Vincent's kindness and concern for our safety and comfort.

Mieux que l’hôtel

L’emplacement parfait pour un séjour balnéaire et visites à Tel-Aviv. Appartement en bonne état avec tout le confort pour un séjour agréable . Un peu plus de vaisselle et de couverts serait un atout mais pas obligatoire . L’air conditionné est difficile à régler .

We've stayed here twice and WILL stay here again.

We booked this unit a bit over two years ago and decided to book it again for our two week stay in April - May 2022. The unit is in a great location. It is large enough not to feel cramped, has a full kitchen and dining area. Importantly, dealing with the management was easy and efficient. They took care of a couple of issues immediately.
