About this property
Breathingtaking view on the Peloponnese.
A contemporary house set in a wild natural location in the Island of Aegina, in the place named " Kleidi" - the "key" in greek language. It is a house for friends or families. The overall spirit is zen, silently, except the songs of the birds and the noise of nature. The view on the Peloponnese is marvelous. The night, the sky is full of stars shining. The sunset are very beautiful. The house is built on 3 floors. At the main one, there is a large open kitchen living room with a fireplace and access to a large terrace between olive trees. From the spring to the autumn we let sofas and a table. Three bedrooms are at the basement. All the bed are new this year with good mattresses. 160x200. Each has a bathroom and WC, and the view on the sea, the mountains of the Peloponnese and the swimming pool. At the basement, outside, there is a barbecue and a little outside kitchen equipped. There is a desk at the 3rd floor with a shower room and wc, and a roof terrace, which can turn in a room for one person. All the rooms have air conditionning. Linen is provided. A baby bed is available.
Klima Beach is very close and there is a summer bar there on the beach. Water is of an astonishing blue like everywhere in GREECE. The next village is " PERDIKA" ( the "partridge" ). It's a typical greek village alongside with a small fishing port, there is a lot of good tavernas where you can taste the delicious greek cuisine and listen to greek music. There are also a few cocktail bars.
Aegina Egine Egina is a very living place even in the low season. The speciality is the pistachio. You find all (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, boucher, bakery... ).
I welcome the guests at the Egina's harbour, and I help them to find the schedules of the ferry or the flying dolphins. The departure is at the Piraeus PORT with several links every day and very easy to find from the airport. I show in the island where are the supermarkets, the bakery, good restaurants, etc. I help to rent a car. I explain where is the Temple of Asphaia, Agia Marina, Perdika... We are also close to POROS, HYDRA for excursions, from the Aigina's port.

Why they chose this property
I came in Greece in 2012 for the first time. I felt in love with Greece. I began to learn the greek langage and I bought this villa. The view let me without word. To rent it allowed me to move in Athens (to the Piraeus, near the Marina Zea and the sea). Now I speak greek enough for the daily life. I plan to begin a translator. The winter, I come at the villa. I adore the Klima Beach with its eucalyptus trees, its seabirds (we swim with them) and for the water very beautiful and clear and sweet. This year, I swum in November...
What makes this property unique
The view is incredible and changes every day. The sky is never the wame, the light too, and the sea too. And this, even in summer when we have sun each day. The sunset are very romantic. The countryside makes magic the nights. The stars bright in the sky and the silent is full of the noise of the nature. Here, we sleep deeply, with sensations of peace, calm and luxury. Nevertheless, the villa is not isolated. In this area, there are many other villas and the house is located in a co-ownership with 3 others villas, in the same style. But the architect imagine a way in order you can't see and hear the neighbours.
And there is the Aegina. The Island is the nearest of Athens, very well relied by boats (ferry and speedboat). The city is very charming and living from the spring to the autunm. But even in winter, there is some activity, it's never a dead city. Le yathching's port is amazing. And also, the shops of the old city, with the little streets. You find all, here. There are also a lot of taverns and bars and coffee shops. On summer, the city is full, very living until the middle of the night. But nearer from the house, you have the adorable Perdika, with the view on a little port for fishing man and also for yachting. I live the taverns here, with the view on the sea and some islands. You feel here the sound of the eternity.
