Quiet quiet quiet. The quietest place I’ve ever lived.Period. Why? This is the last house on the last street in a small gated , secured neighborhood. The house backs onto a private park and borders acres of secured university property. So there are virtually no neighbors and zero traffic, therefore no dust no noise. It’s a short walk to the beach or large mall . The city park and aquarium are across the street.Historic downtown or Golden zone are a 10 minute Uber ride away.
