Spacious 3rd Floor Condo - Minutes from Beach or Bay - with shared Pool!
This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located in the small Fiesta Sol complex close to many amenities and activities of the island. This unit is on the third floor and requires the use of stairs. From the condo you are a less than a five minute walk to the beach via multiple beach access points. You are also within walking distance of the bay side of the island where there are many restaurants, bars, and family friendly activities.

The condo is fully furnished and provides many comforts to make your time away enjoyable and relaxing. Each bedroom and the living room have flat panel televisions along with cable and strong WIFI. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing a great group meal or building out a picnic to take to the beach.
SO many activities on South Padre Island including Schlitterbahn, the Sea Turtle Inc. Rescue center, South Padre Island Birding and Nature center - and bookable activities for fishing, parasailing, kite boarding, kayaking and paddle boarding.
Less than an hour drive to Brownsville, the Mexico border, Harlingen, and the new Space X launch facility in Boca Chica.

The weather is mild most of the year, and the beach is amazingly clean and uninterrupted. There is a large array of wildlife unique to this area of the country, and South Padre Island attracts a diverse population of people from many corners of the world.
What makes this property unique
Many amenities of the island are easily walked or a very short drive from the condo. Food, grocery, and entertainment are very close by. Beach or bay can be reached with a very short walk.
