This vacation home is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the complex. On this property's lower level (2nd floor), you'll find 1 guest room, 1 guest bathroom, the living and dining area, and the kitchen. On the upper level (3rd floor), you'll find the primary bedroom balcony and an additional guest room and bathroom.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. - Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

Great place. Very spacious. The only two bad things were too many stairs and pool was way too small too. Pro that it had 3 fully bathrooms.

Great family vacation!

We were very happy with this condo! We traveled with four adults and two kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The condo was very nice and clean. The location was perfect for us: close to stores and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun for the family

It was fun the property need some fixing. The hot tub didn't work and there a few broken tiles, but the biggest scare was the nail pops on the decks. The place was clean and fun to stay at .

Has a hot tub and it’s not listed when you search it. That was a nice surprise! Pool is heated. Nice unit very comfortable and close to everything. Pool could be better maintained, but when we called about it they came out to clean it immediately. The door on our unit patio lock/door needed replacing and needed some cosmetic repairs needed to fix stairs but overall a good experience.

We stayed at this condo for 5 days and had a great time. The location is "chef’s kiss", everything is within walking distance. If you're into action and don’t mind a little noise, you’ll love it here. If you're looking for total peace and quiet, just know it’s across the street from Gravity Park. Additionally, the beach, an ice cream shop, and tons of fun spots are all just within short walking distances. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, which was amazing. (Heads up: if you’re booking one of the larger units, you’ll have more stairs. Wasn’t an issue for us at all, but worth noting.) The property has all the basic kitchen utensils we needed, plus dish soap, laundry soap, and coffee (bless). You can swap your dirty towels for clean ones daily, which was super convenient. We enjoyed our stay so much that this will be the spot we book every time we visit South Padre. Already looking forward to the next trip!

Spacious master bedroom with double sink and balcony. Cushion on balcony chair needs replacement. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a huge plus! Washer and dryer in condo helps after being at the beach, but could use some cleaning. Nice dining table but large along with couches so it reduces the living room space. The kitchen had many of the necessary cook and bakeware. When we arrived, we noticed two refrigerators in the unit. Come to find out the main refrigerator was not working, so a loaner was added before we arrived. A technician did stop by to fix the main refrigerator, but it was near the end of the trip. The property managing office was always accessible and very helpful.

Very clean and comfortable. Owner and Property manager are very responsive. I emailed them the night of arrival to inform them that the coffee maker did not work. They delivered a new one by 9am the next morning.

My group and I had a lovely time in SPI and our accommodations were perfect for our group of 7 adults. We were located in an area that we could have walked to most of the places we visited. It was very clean and smelled fresh. Pool on site was smaller than we thought it’d be but it was nice and clean we still enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again!

The place itself was wonderful, super close to the beach and very comfortable to sleep. The "living quarters" were tight with not enough chairs at the table or couches for the number of people it sleeps. But it was incredibly clean and super close to the beach. The outside of the property (pool area) left much to be desired, but we spent all of our time at the beach and the beach was amazing!

Lots of Stairs

Pleasantly surprised there were paper towels, dish soap, towels and linens, coffee and filters, and shampoo and conditioner. The property is 3/4 of a block to the beach entrance. We took the vehicle most days. Took the wagon from there. Just easier for us. It was definitely walking distance but we had a canopy. There was plenty of seating for everyone in common area. TV was airplay compatible and hookup right up to iPhone and iPad. A first floor balcony overlooking the pool and upstairs balcony outside of the master bedroom with partial bay and gulf views. While in the pool we had a perfect view of the city fireworks display- it felt like our own show. Walking distance to shopping dining and entertainment. Highly recommend Louie’sBackyard. Great food. Had to climb stairs if you are impaired. Lots of noise on weekends from entertainment district. Hot tub had a BIG first step. Will definitely be back.
