Modern and spacious 3 bedroom condo at the heart of South Padre Island. This 2nd story unit is one block from the beach and features granite counters, stainless steel kitchen appliances, central AC, ceiling fans in every room, Cable TV, wireless internet and a washer/dryer combo strategically located inside the unit.

The condo complex has an awesome and refreshing swimming pool. It also has free parking for up to two vehicles (one of the vehicles will be under a carpot). From this location you can walk to the beach or to South Padre Island's main street, Padre Boulevard, were many excellent restaurants and shopping places are very close by. The unit also features keyless locks, so you don't have to worry about carrying a key around. Enjoy the day at the beach or at the swimming pool, and the afternoons enjoying refreshments at the front balcony, overseeing the street. The Master bedroom has a comfy King size bed, bedroom #2 a Queen size bed and bedroom #3 has two twin size beds. There is also a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. You and your family and/or friends will enjoy San Francisco II #6 and South Padre Island's breeze!

Notes: - Swimming pool is not heated - Disclaimer: SPA heat is controlled by the HOA - therefore we have no control over timing and or temperature, and neither guarantee it is functioning. (from Apr to Oct is normally off)

Great Vacation Place!

This condo was on the 2nd floor. It was spacious, clean and had everything we could want and need. It was a block from the beach and within walking distance to many good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay there! I definitely would stay there again!

Fun stay at SPI

We had a very nice stay at the property. Only negatives were: (1) when we first arrived 2 monster trucks parked next to us that left little room for our car, but was only an issue that first day (2) the floors felt very sandy, even upon arrival - not sure if this was an issue with the clean up crew, or this is an impossibility so close the the beach, but we didn't care for it (3) fan in family room didn't work, but we didn't even try to call the property manager, we just lived with it, not a big deal (4) lots of junk in one of the drawers in the master bedroom. seems like this stuff should have been in the owner's closet vs taking room in the guest area. We just left it there, but was a turn off. (5) pool was small and hot due to sun - not refreshing so used it minimally Other than that, the place was tidy, spacious and had pretty much everything we needed. Kitchen had good selection of cookware, spices, etc to help us enjoy our stay, as due to COVID we ate in most meals. It was a very close walk to the beach, and we really enjoyed our stay overall!!

Awesome 3 bedroom! Close to everything! Walk to the beach or to main street. Close to restaurants, bars, and nightlife!
It's walking distance to the beach, which my wife and I enjoy it very much. It is also very close to some good restaurants such as Daddy's and Captain's Roy and to the local supermarket, the Blue Marlin
