The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our long weekend beach trip. The condo was very clean too. The towels and linens were all of good quality. I really appreciated that there were beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and towels available for us to take down to the beach. The balcony was a great place to watch the sunrise and read a book. This property is a gem.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was perfectly stocked, kithen utensils, bath towels, beach towels, beach toys and chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler. The location of the condo, being a corner unit, was absolutely perfect! The view to the beach from the balcony was beautiful and I loved that we had a balcony view of the pool side too. The easy access to the beach was also great!!! 10/10 experience!

I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars - hands down best VRBO I have ever rented! Super clean, amazing communication, excellent location. Every amenity we could have asked for and more! Loved having the chairs and cooler for the beach, great views for both sunrise and sunset, located on the quieter end of the beach. The hosts are amazing and SO accommodating!

Nice views and even nicer stay

My friends and I enjoyed our time at Mark and Becky’s condo. It’s updated and spacious! Absolutely love the kitchen!!The beach access from the building is very accessible. The ocean view is a little disrupted by other units but it’s still very scenic from the balcony. We hope to stay here again!

Great Place To Stay!!!!!

We spent 7 days there and were really happy! Clean, beautiful and beach front! We needed more kitchen towel and beach chairs and Mark and Becky brought it over to us right away! We will cone back for sure next year 😀

First time S Padre vacationers

We really enjoyed our stay. We were at three couples plenty of room. The accommodations were spectacular. We came right after a large flood and everything was still very nice with Matt Becky in the elevator. She was super sweet and nice and very accommodating for our needs. I recommend this to any family

Becky was wonderful to work with, we had a couple of small issues come up with the unit and she took care of them very quickly and they did not effect our stay at all. We had a great time and would definitely stay again! The condo is exactly as shown, loved South Padre Island!!!
