This newly renovated two bedroom, two bath condo is located at Compass Pointe Condominiums in the heart of Osage Beach just minutes from everything. Easy to get to, this unit also has walk-in access from the street parking making it accessible for nearly everyone. (Only one step up from the street parking.) Located on the west end of the complex, the unit has a great view of the lake from the deck that comes complete with lounge chairs and a table. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for eat-in dining. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, love seat with twin pull-out bed and flat-screened tv along with room darkening blinds and curtains for those late-sleep-in vacation mornings! A large closet and private bath with ceramic tile shower completes the master suite.The second bedroom has two queen beds, room darkening window treatments, and a private access to the hall bath. The shared bath has a sink area and a separate toilet and bathing room complete with a jetted tub. The spacious living room is an "open concept" space with a beautiful fireplace (manufactured fire logs only), ceramic tile floor, comfy rug, large tv and wifi throughout the unit. The dining table can easily seat six people while there are beds for seven and alternate sleeping beds for a total of eight guests.The complex is very well maintained with pool, private docks and lakeside fire pit. The beautiful pool is a zero entry with water features for the kids, water volleyball for the whole family and lounging areas both in and out of the pool. Whether it's for a fun shopping trip, a fall get-away, or any reason to escape, this is your perfect spot!

Winter Stay

Very spacious condo. 2 beds in second bedroom make this condo great for families! Close to food and shopping. There is also a Trampoline jump facility within walking distance. My granddaughter loved it. Very easy to reach the owners! We had a great stay even though it was very cold! I would recommend curtains in the second bedroom as the lights from outside really keep it lit up at night. Would definitely rent again.

We are five members of the Dinsdale family. Having first come to the lake area over 37 years ago, we have seen a lot of changes. But the one thing that remains the same is our love of Lake of the Ozarks. We now live out of the area (Kent and Martha in Rolla, Tanner and Anne in St. Charles, and Trevor in St. Louis), but still consider the lake to be home. With a total of five sons, four grandchildren (and counting!) and numerous extended family, there is a lot of activity in our household. Kent and Martha own and manage Dinsdale Realty located in Rolla, MO and Tanner and Trevor work for Boeing in St. Louis while Anne is an RN. We love water sports, hiking, golf, hunting and hanging out with family.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property mainly because of the excellent location and beautiful amenities. Just minutes from the outlet mall, great restaurants and fun attractions, this unit is also sitting right on the lake with amazing views and a fabulous pool. The spacious rooms allow for plenty of space to spread out and just enjoy! It is also especially easy to get to with level blacktop roads right off Hwy 54 in the heart of Osage Beach. This particular unit is on the second level, but has walk-in access from the street parking. One step up from the parking and you're there!
