LOCATION At this centrally located gem, attractions like the Johnny Cash Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the Ryman Auditorium are all just about a mile away, and in-between is your pick of cafes, craft breweries, local bars and music venues. Enjoy the views from the expansive private rooftop. There is a parking pad for up to two vehicles and free street parking surrounding the house. The first level of the home has two bedrooms with queen over queen bunk beds and a full bath. The second level consists of the main living areas with an open floor plan from dining to kitchen, and living area with half bath. The third level consists of two suites with King Beds and attached baths. There is an additional half bath on this level. Up the third set of stairs you will arrive to the expansive rooftop with fire table and grill!

Guests have access to the entire house.

Great stay in Nashville

The house was great for our group of 6. It was well stocked with towels, bedding, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We could walk to Broadway, but often took an Uber. Would stay here again.

Birthday bash in Nashville

We all enjoyed staying here and plan on coming back to this same location again. Perfect distance from Main Street ( walk or Uber). Clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our 6 person group ( accommodates up to 12).

Weekend Getaway

The property was as described n the listen, and the host was quick to respond with additional questions I had regarding amenities and check in status. Convenient to Broadway but also far enough away to escape the party scene. The rooftop was wonderful for relaxing.

Location

Very convenient to Broadway and surrounding areas are easily found. Roof top lounge is perfect for end of day unwind. Kitchen and living areas are comfortable for those gatherings for meals. Good time had by all.

Great spot

Great views from the rooftop, easy check in process, host let us in early and leave late and very accommodating. If I had to recommend a place to stay for Nashville, this would be it, hope to be back in the future! Side note: area is not as “bad” as it is led to believe in some reviews, we had no issues walking everywhere. Thank you!

Property just as advertised

This property was great for our short family trip to Nashville! The bedrooms and bathrooms were just what we needed. We had a few minor issues but the property manager and maintenance were very responsive and helpful. The location was a bit odd as mentioned in other reviews, but it was just a quick Uber from Broadway. I would recommend this property.

Nashville ladies getaway

The property was beautiful, comfortable and convenient to all Nashville has to offer. My only suggestions are more storage in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. There is no where to put your stuff. Other than that, we loved it!

Great girls reunion

Nice property. Very spacious. Be aware that the house is 4 stories, so if you're not good with steps this 0lace is not for you! 4 BR 3 full baths and 2 half baths! Not the greatest neighborhood but you are a $10 Uber ride to Ryman and the honky tonks etc. Clean. Alarm system. Great rooftop deck. My only suggestion is for the downstairs bedrooms they need to put a table or luggage stand in them as there are no closets. Had to live out of my suitcase, which I had to put on the floor.

One bad plumbing issue after the next

Stayed here for a bachelorette trip.Basically just needed the place to sleep and get ready. It slept our large group of twelve with enough beds and even a pull out couch which was great.First night there’s couple of us start to get ready upstairs and there’s little to no water coming from sinks and water won’t come out of shower at all. One girl eventually is able to get low pressure in downstairs shower but once she was in that water went off completely too. Attempted to get a hold of the owner with no luck that night, no contact Info other then vrbo message on all of the welcome emails. Finally the next morning I get a message to try and unplug the water heater and plug back in to see if it works. It didn’t. Then the garbage disposal wouldn’t work. The owner sent a plumber to check out both. Our group had to leave and he ended up leaving one of the girls suitcases open where he was working in the closet with water heater (I’m sure he didn’t want to touch the stuff) well her stuff in both got wet and she had to dry it all. After that showers were better but then the kitchen sink started leaking and gross water was on floor and under sink. We tried to limit our dishes and using it before we left but then before checkout we attempted to start the dishwasher as part of the checkout list and that too started leaking water all over the floor so we had to turn off. There was also a leak from one of the vents in the living room ceiling. Also stairs are slippery with rain!

Awesome, but just a few things...

The overall impression of the property itself was very nice. Really liked the rooftop patio. The location was across the street from a newer apartment building. The yard had a lot of trash that could be picked up to make it look more aesthetically pleasing. It is next to a gravel parking lot and around the corner from a gentlemen's club (somewhat shady at night) but overall was safe for us. Homeless persons were seen, however, are a part of Nashville in itself. Also, had to kill 2 cockroaches upon entry into the home, but weren't found in around the kitchen. Maybe a bug exterminator could spray around the home to make guests more comfortable. Not sure if recycling bins are available, but both bins were trash bins. In the lower-level bathroom, the towel bar was off the wall and the clear door for the tub could be tightened to prevent water from spilling out of the shower and on the floor next to the tub. We liked how close it was to get to Broadway and the house was an awesome set up for multiple guests and we had a good time while at the house. Thank you for offering this home for others to enjoy.

Nashville stay

My whole family enjoyed our stay. 2 things I would recommend looking into: #1-New entry runner and rugs. They are curling on the edges and we all tripped the first time we walked in. #2-The first floor shower needs to have a full shower door not 1/2 glass and 1/2 open. When showering, we had to put 2 towels on the floor to soak up the water.

It was a good location but in a run down neighborhood! Close to most venues. Rooftop was a nice view but the strings of lights didn’t work up there.

Weekend in nashville

This property was perfect for our group each couple had their own room. The roof top and main living floor are great gathering spots. This house is conveniently located about 5 mins from broadway. Plenty of close food options as well

What a great place

The house was great. The bedrooms were roomy, clean and bright. None of the couples felt like they were in each others way. Plenty of bathrooms for a large group. The 2nd floor was perfect for a large group to hang out before heading out for the evening. It is a very convenient location to grab an Uber to head to Broadway or the Gulch. Grocery store and liquor store conveniently located. I would definitely use this location again if I was coming with a larger group. The host was very responsive.

perfect!

Property is just as described on website. pictures are accurate. clean, comfortable mattresses, very large living areas, great bathrooms. there are actually 3 full and 2 half baths. rooftop area is great, with a good view of city. could walk to broadway if weather was nicer. host was easy to communicate with. we will rent this unit again!

Lovely Place

This was an amazing place to stay. It was huge! The rooftop patio was our highlight, what a view!! Nice and close to all the sites we wanted to see and close enough to all the bars but also far enough for peace and quiet at night. Laura gave us top notch customer service. I highly recommend this property.
