Enjoy pulling up to the quiet tree lined street and stepping up to this gorgeous home with breathtaking Maple hardwood Flooring through out the first floor. On the first floor there is a comfy sitting area.
When you enter you'll see a full dining table and seating area with a cozy sofa and love seat set.
The first bedroom is downstairs with a separate bathroom and shower. The rest of the downstairs is complete with a gourmet kitchen including a massive island.
We put in a TV in the living room that you can enjoy watching from our comfy leather sectional and leather recliner, with plenty of extra pillows.
From the family room you can go to the backyard which boasts two of patio sets for seating, as well as a gas BBQ.
Once you go up the stairs you will find a desk area that is perfect for those who brought laptops to work on during their stay. There are three extra bedrooms upstairs with 2 queen and 2 twin beds. The three bedrooms share a full bathroom that has a door separating the toilet and full bathtub from the vanity section.
Laundry room is upstairs in between the master bedroom and third bathroom.
The master retreat has a comfy King bed and TV. The balcony from the master overlooks the beautiful yard. En suite master bathroom features a separate spa tub and stand up shower, two separate vanity sections, and a huge walk in closet. .
The location of of this luxury home makes all major freeways easily accessible, it is very close to the beach and a short drive from any major destination in San Diego. There is a Trader Joe's and Starbucks, as well as many other restaurants and boutiques down the street.
The house itself has a homey feel to it and is in a very safe neighborhood.

*If the place is left in poor condition we will deduct from the security deposit any extra cleaning costs we incur. We will provide you with receipt should this happen. Please be sure to rinse all dishes and silverware well and run the dishwasher before you leave. Trash should be bagged and taken outside, including opened food items. Unopened items may be left.

**Please do not use bleach on linens and towels. Damaged linens, towels, pillows, furniture, and any other property damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
