Welcome to our home It's a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Sleeps 4, private pool, outdoor covered patio This 1653 square house has private fenced in yard has 2 mature fruit trees (grapefruit, & tangelo oranges, private pool and a covered patio space great for grilling..

The house has 2bds/2baths, with King size bed in master and King size in 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, master bath has walk-in shower and enjoy watching TV in the comfort of your bed.

The 2nd spacious bedroom has a large closet and the 2nd bathroom is right next door. Plus a Smart TV.

The living room has a big sectional for plenty of seating, a 60" Smart TV equipped to log into Hulu, Amazon, Netflix etc.. and cable TV the house is equipped with WIFI.

The dining room located right off the kitchen is the perfect spot to have friends over for dinner.

Cook in the fully equipped Kitchen or on the outside grill. You can sit and casually enjoy your meals at the expanded counter, or have a dinner party for 8 comfortably at the dining room table.

Just 5 minutes from the 101 Loop, restaurants, shopping and the Peoria Sports Complex - Spring training site for the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres. You're are also about 20 minutes from the Glendale Arena - home of the Phoenix Coyotes and the nearby University of Phoenix Stadium, home to the Arizona Cardinals.

We do have a heated pool, but we DO NOT heat during the months of Nov-March. If you would like it heated during that time there is an extra fee.

Lovely VRBO Home

This was a beautiful community, quiet, very clean and safe. We had everything we needed to feel at home. The patio was so relaxing. Our host responded immediately whenever we had a question. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent home

The house is even better than pictured. It was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The covered patio, shade trees, multiple seating areas and heated pool allowed you to spend alot of time outside (in and out of the sun). Other highlights include large eating and living areas, bicycles, multiple large TV's, and fruit trees (when in season).

Relaxing Stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, all the comforts of home! My sister-in-law and her husband joined us for a few nights, love the two big bedrooms. Pool was wonderful! We enjoyed the grapefruit tree, they were so sweet, I peeled one and ate it like an orange! Plenty of places to eat nearby, Starbucks and Frys just a few minutes away! Very relaxing!

Our 2nd trip was just as enjoyable as our first

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house - and was just as expected. Very nice quiet property with all of the amenities you need to unwind. Gina is an excellent host and is quick to respond with any questions we had. Our typical day was hiking at nearby trails in the morning and relaxing by the pool in the afternoon. The neighborhood is quiet and allows for that needed time to get away. We look forward to visiting again.

Awesome Home!

My family was in Peoria for my sons baseball tournament. This home was well equipped with exactly what you needed- it was very comfy, relaxing and the backyard yard was a bonus with a pool and putting green. An Oasis In the 🐫 Desert

This place was an Oasis in the desert. Everything was 100% spot on. The house was incredibly clean with that fresh feeling. My husband was in love with the place. The carpets were soft to your toes with a gorgeous pool in the backyard. Fans in every room to keep you cool. There were big screen tvs in every room to keep you entertained. We will definitely be coming back to this oasis for another get a way.

Repeat visit - just a good as the others

We absolutely enjoy spending time at this house in Arizona. Gina/Lance have all of the needed amenities to make our trips a time to relax and enjoy. Coming from Wisconsin we love the weather here. Mornings we spend hiking and enjoying what Arizona has to offer. Afternoons and evenings is the time to enjoy the fabulous backyard. Recent updates to the outside seating area was also very enjoyable and comfortable. We enjoy this so much we have additional trips planned. Thanks again for sharing your home with others.

Incredible Stay, 6 Stars

My wife and I loved our stay at the house. More times than not, I would submit photos as proof of an undesirable stay but for this review, the photos provided by the owner were perfect. There really was nothing for me to add. The hosts provided everything we needed. The little things like extra hangers and dark curtains in the bedroom routinely are overlooked. The communication was fast and efficient and they week there serene and comfortable. We have stayed in the Phoenix area approximately 6-7 times and this stay was clearly in our top 2. If ever blessed with the opportunity to travel back to the valley of the sun, we would love to stay here again.

This property is located in the perfect location, close to shopping and great places to eat. The house was clean and had all the appliances, cooking ware, dishes, etc. that was needed for our stay. The outdoor patio and pool area was amazing! Communication with the host was great as well. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

The home was very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. Had just about everything we needed. Our kids and grandkids loved the pool. We took advantage of what the community center had to offer as well. My husband and I currently live in WA State but try to get to AZ as much as possible. We have visited this area often, as we have family here. We love the AZ weather. We are also a retired military family.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this house because of the location. We are big Mariners and Seahawks fans. We love all the outdoor activities, hiking, boating, Lake Pleasant is very close for all the lake activities, spring training & the weather!

What makes this property unique

We also wanted a home with a pool, golf course and a gym. We didn't want anything too big as this will one day be our full time home.
