Jolly Roger is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom carriage home perfectly located in Rosemary Beach featuring a private parking area and entrance through the courtyard, with a lovely view of the Gulf from its balcony. Once inside you will find a bright and open living area cozy enough for every guest to unwind. The adjoining kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need for meal prep. It features stainless steel appliances and a bar with seating for two guests. Just around the corner is the master bedroom featuring a king bed and a full private bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The loft area can be found just up the spiral staircase. The loft features two twin beds and one trundle bed, accommodating 3 guests. There is a full private bathroom on this level as well as a built in sitting area.

Located just 2.5 blocks from the shores of the Gulf, 1 block away from the Barbados Pool, and a short walk to the Rosemary Town Center, you are sure to have a fabulous time during your stay at Jolly Roger!

Rosemary Cottage House

Excellent location that is close to the beach walkover as well as the central square. Perfect for a couple or parents with young kids and the property manger was very responsive. The second floor outdoor deck is a great location to enjoy the evening breeze.

Beautiful corner carriage house. Just what we hoped for

I stayed here with my wife and my dog and we had a great time… You aren’t going to find many locations other than beachfront units that are arguably any better. The whole process was really simple. I would just like to mention that if you were part of a large group of more than four, this probably isn’t a good unit for you

Great Family Spring Break Trip

The property is perfectly located, as 30A traffic can get quite busy. We able to walk to the main Rosemary Beach town, beach, and pool. The carriage house was also conveniently located to access bike trails that extend to Alys Beach and through the Alys Beach nature trail that circle back around to Rosemary Beach. The kitchen was well stocked so that we made breakfasts and lunches at the house and walked to dinner at nearby restaurants at night. We also thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee and eating meals out on the wrap around porch. Great property and location. We would highly recommend to friends and family.

Jolly Roger: spring 2025

The property is nice and very convenient to Rosemary and the beach. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Misty, the manager, was very responsive. We had trouble getting the cable to work well in the living room, and it is still very quirky. There was major construction with lots of noise. Kristy offered alternative locations, but we wanted to stay in the area. 30A would be wise to not consider off season as only maintenance season as off season travelers are tourists too and spend money in the area. Our last two off season trips have been plagued with construction and maintenance.

Perfect Winter Break Getaway

We loved our stay at the Jolly Roger. The carriage house is situated perfectly- close to the beach, the Barbados pool, and the shops of Rosemary. We will be back!

This location was great as it was central to restaurants, shopping and beach access. The carriage house was clean, well stocked with supplies and more than enough room for us. The management company answered any questions we had in a very timely manner.

Perfect location

Great location….short walk to the beach and main street Rosemary. Could use updated furniture and a coat of paint outside but other than that it was perfect. Will stay here again. Super comfortable for a family of 5. Kids had their own bathroom and 3 beds upstairs.

Amazing little place in Rosemary Beach!

Just returned from a long weekend with the family at the Jolly Roger in Rosemary Beach. It could not have gone better. Great location, excellent condition, easy Check-in. Loved it! Already booked it again in the future. Kids can’t wait!

Great Weekend Getaway

Great weekend getaway for my wife and I. Perfect spot to Rosemary square and short walk to Seacrest & Alys Beach. Carriage house is perfect size. Parking spot in garage is a bit tight with a larger SUV so we parked on street. February not an issue, but summertime could be tough parking with larger vehicle. Overall exactly what we were looking for for a spot in Rosemary!

We would not have rented this carriage house if they disclosed major repairs were scheduled! Should have not put on rental when major projects are to be started!!

Cramped and in need of TLC

First, I realize carriage houses are limited in space. But, this place was that and badly in need of TLC. Sofa must be 20 yeas old. Like sitting in a hole. Lots of room upstairs but downstairs, where we lived, was very cramped. Location is what this place has going for it. Don’t recommend more than a weekend stay here.

Better Options are Available

Much smaller than anticipated and not very clean upon arrival (floors in particular). Dated interior with no true kitchen table and shabby couches. Garage space too small for SUV. Washer and dryer located downstairs. Garage space shared with Main House guests; noise from shared garage and lack of privacy. No acceptable reason to have poor internet in 2023. Gulf views? Not unless you had a ladder on the roof.

Lovely location but a bit tattered and torn.

The cottage is located in an ideal location. A short walk down to the beach entrance, shops, and community pool. The unit is understandably quirky in it’s layout. The bedroom is not big enough for a king size bed so a bit uncomfortable to get around. The storage was very limited and due to the tightness made it unusable for the most part. The living room needs a new sofa with less lumps or the sofa cushions should replaced. No accent pillows so kind of bare. The coffee table is large and awkward to maneuver around. It’s also quite worn. The kitchen layout is nice and appliances all worked well. The upstairs loft had more room for a king bed and a second bath. The internet wasn’t working quite so well but management was responsive to correct the issues. The TV has no Netflix capability. People like to use their own subscriptions so an upgrade is in order. The AC wasn’t working properly. The thermometer said the interior was hotter than it was so the ac ran too cold. The garage fit but the code didn’t;t work every times. There was damage to the back yard so this space wasn’t usable for lounging or congregating. The main floor bathroom is too small and poorly designed. They selected a faucet that extends too far into the sink not allowing you to actually use the sink properly. The front of the vanity has visibl water damage because guests are trying to use the sink and can’t without splashing water everywhere. The shower glass door opens into the room only. It should open in too so you can easily enter with ease. The grass shades throughout the unti are a big pain to operate for privacy. They should replace them soon and order them with controller cords in front of the shade and not behind. ( They offer this option) It wil make it easier to use and they will last longer. Overall the until needs some upgrading and freshening up as does the house from what we saw from the exterior. Our friends rented the carriage house one house closer to the main town road “ crows Nest” ?? And it was far nicer in interior decor and newer.
