Located near the exotic Moroccan-style Coquina Pool on the Gulf side of Highway 30-A in Rosemary Beach. Just seven hundred feet to the beach - down the boardwalk to the Eastern Green, where you will find a deck with the Florida Panhandle’s best views of the Emerald Coast and its spectacular sunsets. Inside, there is a full staircase, much safer and easier to negotiate than ladders or spiral stairs (relatively rare in Rosemary Beach).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This little carriage house is adorable - and in a great location! This was our first trip to 30A and it was close to everything. Such a great feature to have the bikes there to use! The internet signal was very weak. They were so attentive with their service to try and fix it, but it was not suitable to work from there. We would definitely go back!

Great little place in an amazing community

We loved everything and the community is great. It be warned that the garage underneath the facility (which is a separate bldg known as a “carriage house”) is a shared garage. We were not aware of this and when the neighbor accessed it at 4:30am we wrongly assumed someone was breaking in. It was VERY loud and totally unexpected since VRBO claims the y you rent the whole house. Other than that misunderstanding all went perfectly.

Price vs. Quality: A Growing Gap

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It seems the price to stay here has increased faster than the owner's willingness to invest in improvements. At this price point, basic expectations like blackout curtains and a fully cleaned restroom (things need replacing, not just "cleaning").

Fun in Rosemary!

Wonderful time in Rosemary Beach with my two girls! The property was just perfect for our girls trip. This sweet little cottage is perfectly appointed within steps to the beach, the pool and the village. It's also stocked with all the amenities needed to make the trip relaxing and enjoyable. Perfect rental in Rosemary

My daughter and I got away for a quick 4 day trip to Rosemary. The Belize Carriage House was perfect for us. The location was great as it was an easy walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The house was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Florida vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very beautiful space. Loved being so close to the pool and beach access, plus having our own private patio. A few complaints: it was a hassle that we had to bring our own beach towels in our suitcase. For the price we thought they should have been provided. We were shocked to have to pay $60 to rent beach chairs for the day. Bummer that there is no recycling service provided. It would have been nice to have a few condiments provided;salt & pepper... Maybe because of the time of year there was a lot of construction noise (especially dislike daily leaf blowers!)

Charming carriage house

We have vacationed in Rosemary for several years now - and actually stayed in the main house 13 years ago. The carriage house is the perfect size for a couple and the layout makes the most of the space. You can't beat the convenience to the gulf, Coquina pool, and downtown RB. The parking is still an issue even with access to one side of the garage as we were frequently blocked in by contractor vehicles almost every day. Their were a few minor cleanliness issues (dishes) and some of the furnishings could use a refresh or replacement. But, all in all this was a great property at a very good value for what you get. The management company was responsive and addressed all of our concerns - except for the parking - which was out of their control. None of this dimmed our vacation and we would highly recommend visiting RB and staying at Villa Belize!
