Modern decor, kitchen is fully equipped with cooking pots and pans, oil, salt & pepper, coffee, cream, sugar. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, towels are included. Coin laundry is in the back of building, detergent is provided.

2 miles to Old Town Pasadena, 1 mile to Huntington Memorial Hospital, 2 miles to Cal Tech, 3 miles to Rose Bowl, 0.5 mile to Art Center South ampus, easy access to shops, restaurants, and 1-2 mins to Trader Joe's, Whole Food, Bristol Farm Supermarket, very convenience.
