New to the bedroom is a 43” Samsung Smart TV , living room has a 55” Samsung Smart TV’s, and the IKEA sleeper sofa will have a new 2025 slipcover. We provide new organic cotton sheets each rental season.

We have key-code door locks so no more keys to worry about! A week before your arrival VRBO will email you with check in instructions and ask you to provide your own 4 number code. Most guest use special dates such as a birthday or anniversary and last 4 of their cell number is popular too!

Linen's are included with your rental and includes Neiman Marcus monogrammed cottage bath & hand towels, beach towels and new each season Organic sheets, pillow cases & pillows. We provide pillows, down comforter and quilt.
If you are not familiar with the Bass River, South Yarmouth area we are centrally located 1 1/2 hours to either Boston or Provincetown (the furthest tip of Cape Cod). We have many local amenities (4 mini-golf, plus batting cage with driving range, and over 1/2 dozen ice cream businesses to sample!) near us in Bass River plus 6 public beaches within a mile plus several GREAT Golf courses, grocery stores, Hyannis Mall (for those rainy days), the newer Whydah Pirate Museum that just celebrated the 300th anniversary of the Whydah in 2018.
