Private end unit, yet very close to the Sea Pines Beach Club, this sunny well designed Lighthouse 3 bedroom is the perfect location for a relaxing Sea Pines getaway.

Guests will enjoy many thoughtful features like an open kitchen with an island, a dining table seating 8, wall mounted smart TV's, a walk-in shower and dressing table in the master bathroom, and a desk for working/schooling when needed. Lovely design choices accent throughout, including beautiful uplighting above the kitchen cabinets that capture the beautiful vaulted ceilings and openness of the space and an expanded patio to enjoy the amazing golf view. Spacious, relaxing and location cannot be surpassed.

After years of a strong rental history, owners took a short break for exclusive personal use, and have now opened up a partial calendar for hosting guests in their beautiful villa.

As with all of our villas, enjoy the many extras that we offer: a free fitness center pass to a local gym, two free bikes for exploring the beauty of SeaPines, free WIFI and tennis at South Beach. We offer our guests 50% off pickleball as well! Just ask for details about these great amenities. The villa is pet friendly, but you'd never know it. Clean, fresh and inviting. Quick Family Spring Break Getaway

Great property with great location. Property managers easy to communicate with & great property manual to help navigate Sea Pines since it was our first visit.

Family vacation

We loved this sunny end unit property, it was in a great location close to the beach club where we spent a lot of time and then Harbour Town in the other direction for a whole different experience. Both easily accessible by bikes or walking. In addition the house was so well equipped, we cooked in a lot! Would definitely stay in unit 10 again!!

Graduation Celebration

This was a family vacation to celebrate our son’s college graduation. The home was beautiful, comfortable and in a perfect location to enjoy golf, walks to the beach and around the island and lots of great restaurants. Everything we needed was provided for a smooth check-in. I had a couple of questions before our stay and Jessica was very prompt in responding. This was a wonderful experience I hope to repeat!

Great Location

Nicely located to a lot of places and easy to get to. Beach was short walk on a trail. Coast restaurant is near beach access and is great place. Bikes provided were a great amenity and allowed us to bike to Harbor Town and Lawton stables to feed the horses (BYOC - bring your own carrots). Will stay here again when we return.
