Charming wooden house located 600 m from the city center and 300 m from the beach of Trestrignel (one of the main beaches of Perros-Guirec) and Pors ar Goret (small sandy beach in a quiet area).

The house can accommodate 5 holidaymakers, has two bedrooms, a beautiful flower garden in a property with trees and with sea views.

The house, facing south, is surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace and all modern comforts.

In winter, the wood stove will warm your evenings ... in summer, the barbecue will brighten up ...

We have an umbrella bed for the little ones and a high chair.

Beautiful scenery and a lovely house

This house is perfect for a couple or small family and Alex is a friendly and communicative host. The Area is beautiful with many amazing beaches and great places to eat. Less mobile guests may have difficulty with the spiral staircase leading up to the bedrooms but it was fine for us. We would definitely like to return one day.

Lovely cottage in a well situated location

We had a wonderful stay in Alexandra's cottage. It was clean and comfortable within a short walking distance of the beauitiful beaches and "centre ville". Great place for walkers along the Bretagne coast line. Alexandra communicated very well and gave us all the information we needed. Thanks !

An entirely pleasant stay

The house is located 15 min by foot from the village center and 10 min from the bay (by foot). The footpath to the bay is somewhat steep but easily manageable. The landlords are one of the nicest folks we ever met. The house is perfectly equipped and the surrounding was absolutely calm during our two weeks stay (September 2023). Alexandra and her husband speak English very well. The only thing to note is that the upper floor with the bedrooms is connected by a spiral staircase which may be not suitable for guests with walking disabilities. The garden is wonderful and the guest area there separated by hedges from the rest of the grounds. We can highly recommend this accommodation for a wonderful stay at Perros-Guirec.

La maison est très agréable, bien équipée et bien entretenue, nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine, en profitant du jardin pour nos petits déjeuners. Deux belles plages sont accessibles à pieds par des petits chemins et des escaliers un peu raides. Le centre avec ses commerces et ses restaurants est également accessible en dix minutes à pied. Un grand merci à Alexandra pour son accueil exquis et ses bons conseils pour les balades. Nous y retournerons sûrement.

Nous étions 4 adultes (parents et enfants).La maison nous a beaucoup plu : intérieur impeccable, lits très confortables, cuisine très bien équipée, vaisselle très jolie... la météo nous a permis de profiter du jardin avec vue sur la mer, au top. La situation est vraiment parfaite pour découvrir la Côte de granit rose !Encore mille mercis Alexandra pour les conseils de visites et de balades, nous garderons de merveilleux souvenirs de notre séjour ! Je recommande cette location à 100%

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison, très bien équipée, confortable et parfaitement entretenue. Rien ne manque pour profiter pleinement des vacances.La propriétaire est particulièrement charmante, disponible et attentive au bien-être de ses hôtes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ses précieux conseils de visite et ses recommandations pour découvrir les environs.La maison bénéficie également d’une très bonne localisation à Perros-Guirec, idéale pour explorer la côte et profiter des magnifiques paysages de la région.À noter que l’accès aux chambres se fait par un escalier en colimaçon, un point à prendre en compte pour les personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité ou de jeunes enfants.Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation et y reviendrions avec grand plaisir.

Logement agréable à l interieur et à l exterieur. Beaux espaces verts qui entourent le logement et qui renforce l effet calme du site. Le stationnement place était au fond de l impasse accédant au logement dans un quartier très tranquille.Les chambres sont spacieuses. La cuisine est bien équipée. Le séjour est spacieux et zen avec vue panoramique sur le jardin aménagé. Accueil par la propriétaire qui donne de bons conseils pour les visites, loisirs, etc....

Maison idéale pour se ressourcer.Tout est comme dans l'annonce.Située au calme, joli jardin même en hiver, chambre confortable, salon propice à la détente, nous avons bien profité du poêle à bois pour de douces soirées.La cuisine est très bien équipée.Tout est là pour passer un excellent séjour.Les propriétaires sont très sympas et réactifs.Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.En plus Perros Guirec est très sympathique comme petite ville, les balades sont extraordinaires.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus. Alles wie beschrieben, die wunderbaren Strände und der Hafen sind in 15 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Restautants, Bäcker, kleine Geschäfte im Ortszentrum sind ebenfalls in 15 Minten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Auto steht sicher in einer Sackgasse, ein Parkplatz ist wirklich immer frei ! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, wir kommen wieder :-) P.S. Danke für die leckeren Zucchini aus dem Garten :-)

Un excellent séjour

L'accueil et les conseils d'Alexandra sont excellents. La maison est idéalement située, proche de la mer et du centre ville (une dizaine de minutes à pieds) et dans un environnement particulièrement calme et verdoyant. Maison très agréable et parfaitement équipée.

De ontvangst door de eigenaar was allerhartelijkst. De locatie voldoet aan de verwachtingen en de omgeving is meer dan de moeite waard.Eentje voor op de mogelijk gaan we hier nog eens naar toe lijst.

Ideal pour decouvrir la cote de granit rose

Maison tres agreable, lumineuse, avec joli jardin surplombant la mer (visible à l'etage). Celle-ci est accessible en 5 minutes par un chemin facile. Les rochers sont parfaits pour la pêche à la crevette. De l'autre coté, on peut se baigner sur une tres belle plage de sable (aussi a 5 minutes). Il y a plein de balades merveilleuses à faire dans les environs sur les sentiers des douaniers ou en bateau. Nous avons adoré notre sejour.
