Absolutely stellar, what a great getaway. Beautiful cabin, roomy but very comfortable, very nicely furnished and stocked. VERY peaceful property, hiking trails were a nice surprise. Honestly may be the best vacation rental I've booked, we kind of fell in love with this house. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

We had a great time! The home is spacious, very clean and well stocked. The property is beautiful and private. Our kids enjoy the basketball hoop and we had a nice evening around the fire. Love the fire table off the deck too. We will be back! Thanks Jeff and Wendy!

Jeffry and Wendy were so compassionate, friendly and understanding as well as easy to communicate with. Their property is well cared for, peaceful and has ample room. We enjoyed our time at their house being able to decompress following a family funeral. Easy to find, access and check out. Many thanks for your hospitality! We’ll be back!

Motorcycle Destination

Absolutely wonderful

We loved our stay at Hickory Ridge. I had high expectations based on other feedback from previous guests, but it far exceeded what I anticipated! Clean, beautiful, and remote, with lots of wildlife. Everything you could need within the house. We will be back again and again!

This was a return visit to this charming log home situated smack dab in the middle of Eden. We adored the totally private and gated grounds. The owners certainly keep the property maintained and then some. The deck is enormous and allows for complete containment for a dog. The yard...the woods...stunning...glad we returned.

Picturesque Getaway

The cabin is remote and quiet with no other homes in sight. It is well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. There are plenty of things to keep you occupied during your stay. Jeff and Wendy were perfect hosts. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Area and Great Cabin

Cabin was just as described! Super convenient for our family. It was a lovely drive to the cabin through the Kickapoo Valley. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We never made it to the trails but maybe we will next time!

Beautiful property
