What a nice day opening your eyes to the panorama of one of the most beautiful cities in Italy, visiting Genoa and the Riviera, returning home to the green hills and resting at the croaking of frogs far from traffic and noise.
To bring home the color of the sun setting over the sea, choose our house.
A few steps from the center, with private parking , fully furnished and equipped, with free wifi, it can accommodate up to 5 people, ready for a stay that will remain among your best memories.
The house is 15' far from the center and 20' from the Aquarium and the beaches.
Since we are in the hills, the last 50 meters of the road are a bit steep but passable without particular problems. On the other hand, you will be able to have a breathtaking view and have breakfast with the sea on the horizon.

The area is well connected to the center by public transport and, a few steps away, you will find a typical restaurant, one of the oldest and most renowned in the city.
I am a Licensed Tourist Guide, I know the great attractions of my city and its surroundings as well as the most hidden corners.
If you want, I can advise you on what to do and see in the city, on the Riviera and in the hinterland. I will be able to suggest where to taste the real Genoese cuisine, enjoy the best focaccia and the most fragrant pesto. Places that only locals know.

The apartment is at your complete disposal and consists of a bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, double bedroom with pull-out bed, bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen/living room.
The beautiful view of the city can be admired from a small but characteristic equipped terrace.
In the house there is everything that can be used for a pleasant stay including dishes and pans, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels, a hairdryer and a washing machine, iron, moka coffee maker and microwave oven.
If you need a cot for small children, let us know a few days in advance and we will have it ready for you.
We do not have air conditioning but the house is airy and both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
We live a few steps away and our working time is quite variable but, if you let us know what your needs are, we will try to accommodate you. In case you prefer to be independent about your arrival time, we will provide you with a code to access the apartment and take advantage of the self check-in service at no extra cost.

The house is located in the neighborhood where I was born and where I have decided to raise my children. Here I have my lifelong friends.
Despite being an integral part of the city today, it still maintains the characteristics and atmosphere of an ancient village in the Genoese countryside where nobles once spent their summer holidays.
A few steps away is the church square, a playground, shops with basic necessities. Further shops, supermarket and pharmacy about 5 minutes.
These are the main distances by car: 10/15 minutes from Genova Brignole station or from the Genova Est motorway exit; 20 minutes from the Aquarium, the Porto Antico area, the historic centre, the beaches of Corso Italia or the characteristic Borgo di Boccadasse; 30 minutes from the Parks and Museums of Nervi.
Moving by public transport requires more time but during the day buses are frequent (every 5/7 minutes) and an innovative panoramic lift, the first in Italy with a double slope, shortens travel times and allows you to reach other shops and supermarkets in a few minutes (operating from 7.00 to 20.00 except public holidays).
To reach the public transport stops it is necessary to walk 50 meters uphill.
