Enjoy our newly updated and furnished condo that is located in the heart of Marco Island, Fl. The condo is within walking distance to shops, and restaurants. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and beautiful living room. Also, we provide all guests with beach essentials(chairs and umbrellas) the unit has one bedroom and one bathroom located on the ground floor of the apartment complex. The bedroom includes a queen bed and living room includes a comfortable, sofa bed.

Kindest, most accommodating hosts ever!

I cannot say enough about how Zackie and her father, Mr. Jimenez, went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and all of our needs were met. I was traveling with my over 80 year old mother and they were very aware of keeping her in mind and any special needs. I felt like when we left that we had new friends. I would confidently book with them again and appreciate how they treat you like family: very warm and sincere and attentive and prompt. Couldn't have been sweeter! It was also a plus to be able to converse interchangeably in Spanish or English. Every member of the family I met (3) seemed equally endearing. Best vrbo hosts I've ever had. Loved Marco of course, too!

The property was updated and in a great location to the beach and shops. It came with everything you needed for the beach including towels and chairs. Would definately stay there again.

Perfect one bedroom!

My husband myself and my 9 year old stayed here for 2 weeks. It was just enough space and close to restaurants and shopping. The property is very well maintained and the pool area is really nice.

Beautiful Marco!!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely beach condo in late April. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us and had everything we needed. Nicely furnished condo in a well kept property with a very nice pool area. It is in a great location and right across from the resident's beach. We did purchase a beach pass for the week and were so glad we did. We did not get to meet Lazaro, but Zakie was very nice and so helpful. This was our first visit to Marco Island and needless to say we loved and plan to return. Mary S.

Lazaro & Zakie were very friendly and helpful hosts! The condo was very clean and decorated in a beach style. Very cute. The pool area was well taken care of & the water was warm. It is near the private beach, which is beautiful, but you will need to pay for a beach pass for the week. Our weather was not very good this week, but if the weather is good, the beach pass is well worth the extra money.

This 1 bed, 1 bath condo was beautifully decorated for a beach vacation. The property is located across from the Resident's beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. The property also has a very nice, protected pool area. The owners were very easy to work with and answered questions very quickly. We would definitely return.

Accommodating Apartment

We really enjoyed our two week stay on Marco Island. The owners were wonderful, they communicated with us on all of our questions before and follow up after our stay. The apartment had everything we needed including a community pool. It was a very quiet location, with easy access to restaurants and the beach. I would definitely recommend this property to others.
