This was a well-provisioned condo with everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. Although we only used it at night, the air conditioning worked well. Check-in went smoothly with Miss Leo. Anyone with limited mobility or pushing a stroller might have trouble with the very short path to the beach, which had some rocky patches. Overall, this place was great!

Perfect accommodation on the beach

Couldnt have had a nicer location or property to enjoy a week with our two teenagers in Guadeloupe. The covered outdoor terrace a delight any time of day and the landscaping of the property coupled with the sea breeze kept the mozzies away. Thanks again!

Everything was wonderful. Miss Leo had breakfast, juice and milk for coffee on hand so we didn’t have to grocery shop when we arrived. The open air living space on the ocean was pure bliss! The ocean breezes kept the apartment cool and we had AC in the bedroom at night. The location was right in Saint Anne which meant we could walk to the store for groceries and the boulangerie for bread. The beach was right next door an easy walk and there was a restaurant Le Nil next door as well. Miss Leo responded quickly to any questions we had. We drove around the island exploring every day and nothing was more than an hour away. We are very pleased with our choice of accommodations. We are not bilingual and had no issues communicating on the island.

Wonderful Stay in Guadeloupe

My wife and adult daughter spent the last week in June in Ste. Anne in Guadeloupe. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Great location in Ste. Anne; just a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. The apartment was spacious, and included a very large open patio across the entire front facing the ocean, which was just steps away. Secure, clean, quiet, and well provisioned, including a fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, internet (with a strong signal), and good A/C. While the apartment is well situated in Ste. Anne, we actually spent most of our time on day trips exploring the two main islands of Guadeloupe, via rental car. The roads are generally in pretty good shape, although we avoided driving along rural roads at night. Lots to see and do around the islands--along the many beaches, inland, and offshore. Great food too (French and Creole influences), and reasonably priced. We had never visited Guadeloupe before (we have been to several other Caribbean islands), and would strongly suggest others check it out. We are not French speakers, and we managed very well. Would highly recommend this apartment whether mostly for staying just in Ste. Anne or as a base for exploring Guadeloupe.

En famille , en vacances au mois d'AoĂ»t, nous avons adorĂ© cette location. La vue est tout simplement une vue de rĂȘve. La pelouse en gazon et le jardin donnant un accĂšs direct Ă  la plage Ă©taient pour nous un Ă©merveillement. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Le logement est trĂšs spacieux et agrĂ©able. En rez de chaussĂ©e, nous avons beaucoup profitĂ© de la piscine . Jardin et piscine Ă©taient d'une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable. Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans ce gite. Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© son emplacement, idĂ©al en bout de la belle plage de Sainte Anne et proche des commerces. Ce gitĂ© est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, fĂ©licitations aux gĂ©rants. On est dĂ©jĂ  tombĂ© sur des gites oĂč il y avait Ă  peine plus de couverts que de nombre de locataires. LĂ , ce n'est pas le cas, on a largement de quoi cuisiner et vivre confortablement, comme Ă  la maison. Miss LĂ©o nous a trĂšs bien accueillis (bien appeler en quittant l'aĂ©roport) et le dĂ©part s'est trĂšs bien passĂ© Ă©galement (merci pour la petite rallonge de temps pour profiter pleinement de la matinĂ©e). Nous conseillons Sainte Anne Ă  tous mais en particulier aux familles avec enfants en bas ages en raison de sa plage trĂšs sĂ©curisante.

Idéal en famille!

L'emplacement de cet appartement est exceptionnel: tout peut se faire à pied et la plage est magnifique. Tout est conforme à l'annonce (intérieur et extérieur, prestations). L'appartement est trÚs bien équipé, avec un bon wifi. L’appart Ă©tait conforme Ă  l’annonce, trĂšs bien situĂ©. Au calme, sĂ©curisĂ© et plus que bien Ă©quipĂ©... Nous avons surtout apprĂ©ciĂ© l’accĂšs Direct Ă  la plage du jardin et la proximitĂ© des restaurants et commerces Ă  pied. Et le wifi, (trĂšs important pour nous) , avait un trĂšs bon signal. Seul petit bĂ©mol, nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la piscine la 2Ăšme semaine car en travaux sans que l’on ait Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venu. C'est bien dommage car notre fils de 6 ans alternait entre la piscine et la plage.

Amazing Location

Beautiful location right on the end of Sainte Anne beach. Good snorkelling just outside the apartment. Loads of space with a panoramic view of the ocean. Nice pool which was very quiet and great for kids. The inside of the apartment is very well equipped with everything and more you would need. Nice comfortable beds and good a/c. There were restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. If you want a location where everything is close at hand but still want to feel away from it all close to the ocean then this is for you. Easy to find and we were met at the apartment very promptly. Thank you Adeline an Miss Leo!

Great location at St Anne beach

The property is oceanfront and has a yard overlooking the water. Walking out the gate from the yard, there is a path over the edge of the water of probably 60M to get to the beach. The house is well equipped and everything is working well.
