LUAU 6805 This Luau Condominium is quiet and private. It’s a perfect backdrop for breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to the balcony. The 20th floor (top of the tower) features an observation deck where the resort, beaches and beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed. The condo has a luxurious king sized bed and private bath. Plus, there’s a sleeper sofa! The Luau pool is an island salt water pool with a waterfall! There is also a baby pool and a hot tub.

Plus, this studio is on the 8th floor; well above the noise of the lower levels and high enough to have a nice view of the gulf. This Sandestin Luau resort residence is just the place for you and your family to enjoy a truly memorable fun filled and relaxing beach vacation.
The unit contains 1 king size bed and 1 sleeper sofa couch.
Also, the bedspread pictured may not be what you walk into. We do change the bedspreads frequently to keep them fresh!
No smoking, vaping or drugs of any sort in the condo unit or balcony.
Motorcycles are not permitted on the grounds. If you have large vehicles, please contact Sandestin Security directly for alternate parking options. The parking garage is limited on height at 6'10".
