Pleasing Naturehouse with pivate swimming pool
Independent house for families of 4 people.
Large garden and large private pool, for the exclusive use of the guest.
Veranda always fresh and ventilated with loungers, rocking,
deckchairs, umbrellas, wood oven. Fruit trees, olive grove and lots of relaxation ......
Not far from the sea about 10 min. by car, either from Lavinio, or Anzio or Nettuno.
Inside there is a living room with table, chairs, bench and sofa bed.
Room with a double bed, wardrobe and bench ..
Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Kitchen with all comforts: dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fridge.
Inside the property there are cats and a dog, which is guarding.
The train station is not far away and with 50 min. you reach Rome.
