Many new updates to this great condo, located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. All new furniture throughout and the Kitchen with all new appliances make this property a great beach vacation value! This ground floor condo comfortably sleeps four with a King bed in the master and Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Balcony off the living room overlooks the manicured courtyard grounds.

Affordability with great amenities: two swimming pools (heated in March and April subject to temperature), shuffleboard, tennis courts, children's sandy play area, clubhouse, and common grilling areas and laundry facility. Only a short stroll, approximately 125 yards across Scenic Highway 30A from the sugar sand beach, this community offers easy beach access with two walkways, and restaurants, seafood market and shopping within walking/bicycling distance.

First Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

*Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March to mid-April.

Wonderful!

Condominium 7E was absolutely perfect! Extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and in a wonderful location. Very close to beach, at most a few minutes. Close to great restaurants in Seagrove, and a short bike ride to the popular village of Seaside. Property of Beachwood Villa’s well maintained and clean. Both pools were perfect after spending time on the beach. Will definitely use this property again!

Near beach access

It has been 6 years since I have vacationed along 30A so I was surprised how you can only walk to and from the beach using public beach access! We came in for a short weekend so we really appreciated how close this unit was to the beach walk over path! You can also easily walk to the Tom Thumb, stores and many restaurants. The unit was updated and had everything we needed. Happy we chose this location.

Easy access to so much

The property was a great location to walk to restaurants and beach access. It lacked a little in the way of cleanliness as the bathroom needed to be wiped down better. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us, but we didn’t cook much. The kitchen was very clean and functional. We’ve stayed at Beachwood villas many times and this one was as good as some of others we have stayed in. Did the job and we got to enjoy to beauty of Seagrove Beach yet again.

Everything you need, Nothing that you Don't

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect size for a family of three and had everything we needed. The beach was less than a 2 minute walk (this is door to sand), Dough Sea Donuts was maybe a 10 minute walk and there were several other restaurants that were within walking distance. The condo is dated but extremely clean. Even with 3 people, beach towels and swim suits it smelled clean our entire trip. It's in a great location. We enjoyed the pool but we really loved the shuffleboard court! I messaged the manager about our patio door lock not catching and it was completely fixed within 2 days of my original message. Highly recommend Beachwood Villas. We would stay here again!

The listing states this property had been refurbished. All appliances and furniture were mostly old!! No instructions for the TV or the Cable system. Just overpriced for what it was.

Pros and cons

Pros: Clean unit. Enjoyed sitting on the porch—it’s a pretty view. Location is great—1 minute walk to the beach, Tom Thumb convenience store is next door, and unit is close to a bike rental. Has a coffee maker. WiFi was fast. Cons: Door code was not provided to us to get in, and it was changed during our stay and we got locked out. The management we called were prompt, but it was an inconvenience to resolve. Bed was uncomfortable. Shower and bathroom sink drains are clogged.

Unit needs attention

The location of this condo was great for going to the beach. The amenities were nice but the condo itself was not a place I’d stay again. The unit was tired. The door mats and bedroom carpet was really dirty - we couldn’t go barefoot because our feet turned brown. The towel rack was falling off the wall and paint was peeling in the bathroom. I would not recommend this particular unit.

Nice condo, poor management

This condo was very nicely decorated, clean, and in a great location for a value in Seagrove. The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes. It's time to replace the mattress, but other than that we had no complaints about the property itself. However, we had a problem with a clogged shower drain that was not resolved until the 5th day of our stay. Ocean Reef Management was not responsive in correcting this routine maintenance issue in a timely manner. We sent daily maintenance requests for this issue. Finally, the 3rd repair person partially unclogged the drain so that we were not forced to shower while standing in 4" of dirty water. We will never again stay in a rental that is managed by Ocean Reef.

By far the best condo I have ever stayed in!!!

I have been traveling extensively for over 20 years and coming to 30A for around 15 years. Of all the places I have ever stayed, this has been my absolute favorite. Here are the highlights from the condo....It is beautifully updated, a very close walk to the beach, very quiet and private which is hard to get in a condo and it is priced fairly. Sitting on the porch is something I love to do, but at most condos everyone can see what you are doing or you have a pool right in front of you. You could sit on the porch of 7E and because of the plants and trees, be completely secluded. There is a pool, but it is out of site and a short walk away. I consider this condo to be in the best location of the huge property. I also spoke with other vacationers while I was there who were staying at Beachwood Villas who paid a whole lot more than we did for this property. I actually enjoyed staying at this condo so much, I looked into purchasing one for myself. Unfortunately, there was a contract pending on the one I was looking at. BEWARE, this unit is filthy dirty, has old, worn out furniture and the managing company, Ocean Reef has the worst customer service I've every experienced. The sheets were scratchy and dingy. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, we left after one.

Great Location

The location is excellent with easy access to the beach and Tom Thumb right across the street providing everything you need. The condo being on the first floor was nice to be able to put all our sandy beach stuff without having to go through the place. The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location easy access to pool & beach!!

Great location easy walk to the beach and to the pools!!! Great place for a family of 4 with kid(6-10years old). Does need some cleaning inside (both fans have about 1/4” of dust caked on them) and can use some new silverware (rusty steak knives). And could use a cutting board and some serving spoons.
