Elk Meadow Lodge is a gorgeous 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury log home that’s perfect for families or groups of up to six people. It’s just a short 10-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge and the slopes and affords you unparalleled privacy and incredible views. Inside, the main living area has two seating areas with comfortable furniture, a beautiful river rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Upstairs, you’ll find the second living area with a pool table, poker table, kid’s toys, and a huge flat-screen TV. The third living area is in the private downstairs suite that’s a perfect place for a couple’s private space. Outside, you’ll find an expansive wrap around deck with lots of comfortable furniture, a gas grill, and your own private hot tub.

The kitchen is just off the main living area and features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a dining room table that seats six, and everything you need to whip up a culinary masterpiece. There’s also a two-car heated garage, boot drier, and a full laundry area. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Bunk room: two twin-over-twin bunk beds with access to a shared balcony with forest views.

Main Level:
- King master suite: beautiful main floor master with a king bed, private balcony, and a gorgeous full bathroom with a walk-in tile shower.
- Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

Lower Level:
- King suite: spacious suite with king bed, private sitting area with large LCD TV, private bathroom with twin sinks and a tile walk-in shower.

- No Pets / No Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

- Please Note: A four-wheel drive vehicle is required during winter.
